"Hello, could you give us your feedback on Shanting Zoo? Whether it's shortcomings or strengths, or any suggestions, we'd love to hear them." Several staff members, holding tablets, were questioning each leaving visitor.
Lin Li and Bai Bufan exchanged glances and immediately approached the nearest staff member: "We do, mate, yes we do."

"Could you please elaborate?" he asked.
"We have both shortcomings and suggestions."
