Feilin didn't turn her head, disappearing in a blink. Lien frowned, sighed, "It seems she still hasn't given up on Bane."
"Given up? What do you mean?"
Su Chen asked.
"She likes Bane, but Bane only has thoughts of improving his strength, nothing else."
Lien explained, inadvertently glancing at Gudeng, but found he bore a bitter expression.
"Lien..."
Lien resumed her indifferent gaze, saying to Su Chen, "Want some water? Are you hungry?"
Before Su Chen could shake his head, Gudeng angrily said, "Lien, what's so good about this kid? He looks neither human nor ghost, and is good for nothing. Why are you so nice to him while always ignoring my existence?"
"Gudeng, what are you saying, I just..."
Lien started to speak but suddenly stopped, her gaze turned alarmed as she looked behind Gudeng.
"What's wrong, Lien?"
Lien blinked, quickly signaling with a head shake for him not to speak. Including Roy and Su Chen, they all slowly turned to look.
