The distant industrial farms have completely collapsed, with most of their crops supplied to the upper district nobility of the Nest City.
The middle district typically consists of technical personnel, while the upper district houses administrative officials. Only they can enjoy fresh meat and vegetables, but due to the high energy costs of maintaining the farms, the Nest City's sustenance system caters to a very select few.
On either side of the upper district of the Nest City are docking ports, where thousands of ships are now airborne, seemingly as the upper district elite are attempting to flee.
