As a defeated one, hiding and seeking naturally made it hard to gather enough magic resources.

Austin also found these young lives quite interesting.
Due to his lone rise as a dragon, Austin had not intersected much with other Dragon Race members, and the only memorable encounters were the crystal young dragon Avril and the mysterious Guppa in the valley back in those years.
This trip indeed broadened his experience.
Because of the blood feud between the Dolan White Dragon and the Frost Giants, the Frost Giants subdued by the Dragon Nest Tribe who came with the team did not enter the gathering point but stopped and camped dozens of miles away, awaiting Austin's decision.
