No surprise under the one-hour buff modification by the Ghost Compendium on the Fierce Ghost Minions, blue-flame beasts in other villages were quickly subdued.
Just like in the No. 2 Utopia Village, many people in other villages chose not to carry the Hate Fuel upon receiving it.
The first hour was spent suppressing the blue-flame beasts, while the second hour gathered these people into No. 2 Utopia Village.
