He hesitated for a moment, then said softly, "The teacher said you used the Great Prophecy Art to see the future, which made you so mad and radical."
"So what exactly did you see?"
Shawn wants to know what kind of future Aemon saw that made him so radical to want to gamble on all humanity. At least the current reality is safe, and it's not yet the time to stake all of humanity's fate.
