Using an Eastern metaphor from the previous life, the Dao is still the Dao, except that the 'techniques' extended from the Dao have gone mad.
Take Primitive Magic Power for example, it is the ultimate energy for a Caster. The Forgotten Realm uses energy in a normal way, while the Bizarre Realm uses energy in a mad way.
This is ultimately just a way of using energy.
The essence represented by Primitive Magic Power, whether normal or mad, is a pure energy phenomenon.
