A Transcendent of the Mind Path can almost do as they please in the Realm of Reality. With a simple Mind Suggestion, coupled with a constant Skillful Speech Technique gained from visiting the Demon Realm once, Shawn easily resolved all travel troubles through persuasion.
As for being witty and humorous, that's merely because the Skillful Speech Technique makes it easier for others to be persuaded. If one subconsciously agrees with Shawn's views, naturally they would find him humorous and charming.
