Chapter 84 - Chapter 84: Family Time

Tyler rose early the next morning.

The sun hadn't fully claimed the sky yet, but soft golden light was already spilling across the neighborhood roofs.

Standing in the middle of the house's personal gym, he rolled his shoulders, stretched his arms, and breathed in deeply.

He hadn't gotten the chance to work out during the time he was in Gumua, so he decided to use the time he was back home to keep himself in shape.

Today, he decided to go with the same routine as the daily system mission he was receiving then.

He dropped to the floor and began his first set of pushups.

After an hour of sweat and silence, Tyler stepped into the bathroom and cleaned up. His muscles ached, but in a good way. It was the kind that reminded you that you were alive.

Downstairs, the smell of toast and tea greeted him.

Helena was already at the dining table, reading through an old recipe notebook with a calm expression.

She looked up when he entered, her eyes lighting up.
