UK:GSW Chapter 366 – Uzumaki Mito: What's it like seeing your genderbent husband surfing with his best friend?

"What? Uchiha Madara isn't dead? He faked his death back then using the Uchiha clan's secret technique, Izanagi?"

"What? He faked his death to obtain Hashirama's flesh and blood, in order to fuse the power of Hashirama's Sage Body so he could awaken the legendary Rinnegan?"

"What? Uchiha Madara plans to carry out the Eye of the Moon Plan and pull everyone into a genjutsu?"

"What? So Hashirama disguised himself to meet Uchiha Madara just to make him give up the Eye of the Moon Plan, and then they ended up playing together in a genjutsu game?"

A flood of intelligence left Uzumaki Mito completely stunned, her mind thrown into a state of chaotic "debuff," sinking into extreme contemplation, as though endless knowledge and starry whispers flickered before her eyes, like the equations of the universe being solved.

After quite a while, Uzumaki Mito abandoned her thoughts, deciding to first take a look at the situation—mainly, she wanted to see how Senju Hashirama and Uchiha Madara got along.

At this moment, a powerful sense of unease surged up inside her, making her feel that something was definitely about to happen.

No—something had already happened, and it was just waiting for her to uncover the truth.

Behind Uzumaki Mito, Uchiha Kei appeared to be smiling normally, but inside, his grin had already twisted to the point where he could challenge Jonouchi for whose reaction face was more joyous.

And then, Uzumaki Mito finally saw it.

She saw Senju Hashirama, inside the genjutsu game, playing together with Uchiha Madara.

The two were currently playing Homeland, building a home for "Radama" and "Muzi."

Over the course of a few months, their private home dimension had been built into something quite luxurious, and they had even purchased an island dimension.

In Homeland, players could purchase their preferred dimension—essentially the backdrop for their home. There were forests, islands, mountains, flower fields, and more. With constant online updates, both backgrounds and home-building props expanded endlessly, giving farming and building enthusiasts new ways to improve their homes.

In their island home dimension, "Muzi" and "Radama" had built it following the model of a vacation resort, infused with the style of the Hidden Leaf, particularly Uchiha and Senju motifs.

In this sunny beach environment, they had created a home for the two of them, including a seaside vacation area where they could swim, surf, sunbathe on the beach, and build sandcastles.

Naturally, on the beach, swimsuits were in order. In the ninja world, whose technology tree was skewed in strange directions, swimsuits were nothing new—though the variety wasn't great in reality, Uchiha Kei had designed many styles for the game.

Many of these designs had even been "borrowed" by merchants in the real world.

Uchiha Kei didn't care. Swimsuits weren't big money, and even the Hidden Leaf was in on the production now—its productivity easily outclassed small workshops elsewhere.

In short—when Uzumaki Mito and Uchiha Kei arrived, they saw "Radama" and "Muzi," still wearing masks, lying side by side in swimsuits under a parasol, drinks and fruit on a small table next to them, looking entirely at ease.

Though the swimsuits were quite modest, they were still swimsuits—and that alone hit Uzumaki Mito like a lightning strike, leaving her wide-eyed, mouth agape, unable to speak, as though witnessing the most horrifying sight in the world.

Just then, "Muzi" suddenly leapt from her beach chair, grabbed "Radama," and, with a bright and sunny smile, invited him to go surfing. It was clear she loved the sport.

"Radama" only gave a disdainful "hmph," but didn't refuse, letting "Muzi" pull him to the water, declaring that he would still be the winner today.

"Muzi" grinned mischievously and replied in a boyish tone, "Then let's see! I won't lose to you, Radama-senpai!"

With a cheerful shout, she grabbed her surfboard and dashed into the sea. The ocean instantly responded with towering waves—over ten meters high. In reality, such a wave would devastate a coastal area, but here, it was perfect for play.

In the massive waves, the two began a surfing spectacle one would only normally see in anime, special effects films, or AI illustrations.

Whether it was the ever-energetic "Muzi" or the seemingly aloof but inwardly dramatic "Radama," both laughed joyfully.

Only—"Muzi" laughed the silly Hashirama laugh, while "Radama" laughed the maniacal Uchiha laugh.

The sound of their laughter intertwined in the sunlit, wave-rolling scene. The waves never touched the shore—physics and nature took a back seat in this world.

That was the genjutsu game's charm: realistic yet fantastical, bound by game rules.

Uchiha Kei was very satisfied—it was the result of his work.

But for Uzumaki Mito, there was nothing to be happy about. In anime terms, her art style would have collapsed entirely, leaving her wide-eyed and slack-jawed, feeling as though her eyes were being assaulted yet unable to look away.

Her body trembled, fists clenched, brewing a storm within.

No one knew exactly what she was feeling—it was too complex, too chaotic, emotions suppressed to the point of being like a supernova ready to engulf everything.

After a long pause, Uzumaki Mito took a deep breath and softly asked Uchiha Kei, "Kei-kun, that pretty girl—that's Hashirama, isn't it?"

"Yes. In order to better conceal his identity when interacting with Uchiha Madara, Lord Hashirama transformed into his current form," Uchiha Kei nodded seriously, though inside he was nearly laughing himself into becoming the Aeon of Bliss. Outwardly, he kept the composure of someone oblivious to the mood.

As for how Hashirama thought of turning into a cute girl to fool Uchiha Madara—well, best not to ask.

Uzumaki Mito fell silent, then asked again after a while, "So, Nawaki turning into a girl to play with others—was that because of Hashirama's influence?"

Uchiha Kei nodded again, choosing not to elaborate—yes, it was indeed Hashirama's influence that led to "Naruko" seeking out others to play with.

Uzumaki Mito closed her eyes, as if desperately restraining herself, looking like she might split apart at any moment.

But in the end, she didn't lose her composure—seventy years of life had given her great emotional control.

Some things simply weren't appropriate to discuss in front of others.

So she only took one last deep look at Hashirama, happily playing with Uchiha Madara, and said she had seen enough and was ready to return.

Uchiha Kei didn't pry, simply taking her away.

Back on the beach, "Muzi" suddenly shivered, instinctively feeling something ominous approaching. In that moment of distraction, she was swallowed by a massive wave.

"Radama" blinked in mild surprise—he hadn't expected "Muzi" to make a mistake so quickly. While they had been dunked before, it was rare for such a slip-up so early in their play.

They hadn't even warmed up.

So "Radama" used his player panel to calm the waves, then stood on the water, arms crossed, wearing a blue tight-fitting swimsuit, waiting.

"Muzi" soon surfaced, shook her head vigorously, then smiled sheepishly up at him. "Uh… sorry, my bad. This round doesn't count—let's go again."

"Radama" gave a cold snort, muttered a few tsundere insults, but didn't refuse. In his own way, he doted on "Muzi," and they resumed surfing.

Uzumaki Mito didn't see this, but Uchiha Kei had recorded it—planning to give it to her later.

While Uchiha Kei outwardly kept calm, inside he was itching to have Hashirama and Uzumaki Mito meet face to face and recreate the "beach, woman, and prone man" world-famous scene.

Too much fun—too much entertainment.

Still, the composed Uzumaki Mito, even after regaining her youth, had no intention of losing her dignity before her juniors. She didn't bring up Hashirama or Nawaki again, instead asking if she could meet Tsunade.

Uchiha Kei didn't object and simply sent Tsunade a WeChat message, mentioning Mito's resurrection.

Tsunade replied with several big exclamation marks, then came online shortly afterward—she'd needed time to hand off her current work duties.

With Minato out on diplomatic mission to the Second Ninja World, Tsunade couldn't always pass work to others so casually.

When Tsunade saw the young Uzumaki Mito, her eyes widened, then grew moist. Mito smiled warmly, her gaze full of relief and joy, as though her eyes and heart had been cleansed after the emotional assault from Hashirama and Nawaki.

Tsunade rushed forward and hugged Mito tightly—a habit from her childhood.

When she was little, Mito often hugged her. As she grew older, shyness made her resist, but after Nawaki's death, grief made hugs their emotional bridge again.

After Mito's death, that possibility vanished, leaving Tsunade with nothing but sorrow and longing.

Now, reunited with her grandmother, no matter how young she appeared, Tsunade's familial love remained unchanged—lost and found again, it was all the more precious.

Uchiha Kei recorded this scene—not for laughs this time, but because moments like this, with the right music, would be priceless to watch years later.

Over time, he had become something of a master photographer and editor without realizing it, his collection full of treasures.

This time, he didn't disturb them, quietly leaving.

Mito and Tsunade didn't stop him—the two truly needed time alone.

Once he was gone, Tsunade took Mito to their Senju residence in the "Great Genjutsu World," the new Hidden Leaf they had built over several months at Nawaki's suggestion.

Seeing the "New Hidden Leaf," Mito was deeply moved, though calm—it had only been six years since her passing, and to her, it felt like waking from a nap.

The two sat together and talked, Tsunade speaking most while Mito listened with a gentle smile, occasionally praising her granddaughter's efforts and achievements.

Tsunade, happy yet modest, credited everyone's contributions and repeatedly mentioned those who had helped make the village prosper.

After a while, Mito's smile turned teasing. "So… you've mentioned Kei-kun the most. That means he's contributed the most to the village's prosperity, hasn't he?"

"Then… Tsunade, when are you and Kei-kun planning to get married?"

Tsunade blushed instantly, flustered. "M-M-Married? Wh-what's with that all of a sudden? Grandma, d-don't just say things like that…"

Mito's smile didn't fade. "That look and tone you have when talking about Kei-kun—those aren't for just anyone. Or… do you think you can fool me, little Tsunade?"
