Chapter 1 - Initium Dominationis

Whoosh!

The car sped past me as it sprayed water all over my outfit. "Shit man." I cursed under my breath.

Another horrible start to another horrible day.

I was just an ordinary business major... I mean, not that ordinary. You could say that I have been preparing of something that most people would scoff at.

I've been preparing for;

Transmigration

I know it sounds weird and edgy, but just believe me ok? I just don't fit into this world. I am 100% meant for some fantasy world with busty women.

And by preparing, I mean acquiring some of the most essential skills required to survive in a medieval fantasy world; art of war, horse-riding, swordsmanship, poetry, various instruments, and more miscellaneous skills that I thought would be useful.

I've always been alone in this world anyways, for as far as I can remember. Born in a gutter... A literal gutter, and picked up by a nun that put me in an orphanage.

I never had any friends due to my "weird" and "delusional" behavior of being the main character. The only solace I found was in the webnovels and anime where the MC finally fulfilled his destiny by transmigrating; fighting monsters, gaining recognition, and the most important of them all: banging beauties. And since then, I've started my preparation.

Its going to be any day now. I just know it. Some truck will hit me or a random passerby will stab me. I'm just waiting for the day to cross over.

I don't even need anything like the Great Ainz Ooal Gown-sama[1] where he's already overpowered and has an entire country's worth of resources to start him off.

I just need something... anything.

-----

Years have passed, I'm already well into my job, having even gotten a few promotions. But still, no luck on fulfilling my destiny.

I've even resorted to jumping a few red lights and speeding here and there to see if I can luck out on some alcoholic's rash driving. But it looks like Lady Luck is trying to take a shit on my head.

Atleast one pro is that my skills have gotten much more polished, some of my teachers even suggest going pro. But I think that's all just a waste of time when I'm going to die anyways.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"

The people around me get startled and look at me weirdly as I shout out in frustration.

"When will I get to die and grope some elf boobs?!"

-----

Vroom!

The bus drives past me as it drenches me in muddy water. I even considered jumping in front of it, but I held back since I haven't heard of transmigration through voluntary death.

'What even is the point anymore?' I think to myself. I'm already in my early forties and still; no sign of transmigration.

I've already established myself in the company and received a couple promotions. I've refined my skills and expanded them so widely even that many experts ask me for help. Especially my strategy-making, although it isn't useful to build a kingdom here, it sure helps grow a business empire.

But what is the point anyways? I'm still a virgin; always thought the first woman I'd feel would be an otherworldly one. Even then, I doubt I could get a women with my face.

"Hey! Evander! Are you joining us for the team dinner?"

I look to the direction of the voice to find the familiar face approaching. It's Mark, the only person I know who can even be called a friend.

"Yeah, I don't think I have anything better to do anyways."

He chuckles, "Haha, I'd hope you have some more friends at work, but I guess you've never been much of a talkative guy."

I smile wryly in response, "Haha, maybe so."

He chuckles awkwardly and tries to divert the topic.

"Anyways, I'll get going now, lots of preparation to do. I guess I'll see you at dinner."

"Yeah, see you."

Mark's always been the more extroverted type of person, the only reason I'm even friends with him. Although I've been training my speech and social skills for the transmigration, I practice mostly in online groups. Definitely don't want to get to attached to this life after all.

I headed home and practiced my violin for a while, it's one of the only instruments I'm still lacking in. But I'm still far better than a novice mind you.

I've been losing hope about transmigrating, the chance of freedom from this plain world looking bleak. However, I've grown to enjoy most of my skills, which allows me to practice them with more interest. Although the chances of spanking some busty princesses are growing slimmer, I try to latch onto any hope I can.

I pause my practice session for now and get ready for the dinner. I throw on a dress shirt and some trousers; I try to look as formal as possible to remove any sense of familiarity from my colleagues and this world.

As I reach the restaurant, I notice Mark shuffling about and talking with a few men I don't recognize.

"That's quite surprising." I murmur, I usually remember all the faces I meet. I just brush it off as a coincidence and walk up to him.

"Hey there, has everyone already arrived?"

Mark turned around in surprise and exclaimed, "Oh hey there Evander! I didn't think you'd come this early. A few are yet to come, but you can just go right in and take a seat!"

I nod and move inside. Its quite a posh event with several people moving around the buffet and making small talk.

I quickly fill my plate and seat myself in the corner. I go for a few rounds but keep noticing these men that I don't recognize.

I just brush it off again and continue gorging on the delectable dishes on my plate.

Soon after, I saw Mark enter and gather everyone up. He gave a short speech on team spirit, unity and blah blah blah. He was the leader of our group, but I made most of the financial decisions due to my skillsets and knowledge.

We dispersed and people became more immersed in socializing and talking to each other. I once again, continued filling up my stomach.

Right when I was finishing my fifth round, I saw Mark shuffling about and whispering with those suspicious men. He was always quite the social butterfly, which was somewhat what I planned to be after transmigration anyways. Have to earn a good reputation with the beast-kin beauties right?

Just as I was fantasizing about voluptuous wolf-girls, I heard Mark approaching.

"Enjoying the dinner?" He grinned at me with a cheerful expression.

"The food's not half bad." I answer, showing my disinterest in having a conversation.

"Oh come on, the food is fantastic. I could see you enjoying it a mile away." I flush with embarrassment inwardly but don't show it.

"I suppose so... Is this going to be ending soon?" He looked at me while chuckling and responded, "You're free to leave anytime Evander, but I do have one last thing for you."

He moved aside to reveal a door leading into a room in the corner. He looked at me for my approval and I nodded.

He allowed me to move in first into the chamber. As I opened the door, I noticed him moving behind me.

The room was poorly lit, and I wasn't able to make out anything except for a couple of shadowy figures in the background. Just as I was groping around the wall to find the light-switch, I noticed two burly men dash towards me.

I was taken aback and sidestepped away from their charge. But just as my feet planted the ground, I felt a blow hit the back of my head.

Pang!

I felt the warm blood flow down my neck and stain my shirt. My head felt dizzy and my vision blurred. I groaned and turned my head to view my attacker.

"I'm sorry man, but you were too good at the game."

My eyes open in shock to see Mark holding a hammer, dripping with blood.

"Why?" I murmur with whatever energy I have left.

"The competitors bought me off, and you were the one making the best decisions for this company."

I slowly touch the back of my head and feel the blood oozing down. It finally hits me, 'Am I getting killed?'

The pain numbs as I revel in my discovery. 'Finally. Finally! FINALLY!'

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!" I laugh out with immense gusto. Mark and the other two were startled by the unexpected reaction and look at me as if looking at a mad man.

"This sort of death is definitely transmigration-worthy!" I whisper with my last breath. I see Mark's face looking over my almost-dead body with a confused expression, looking towards the other men for some help.

And then the entire world fades to black.

-----

I look around me, hoping to see a medieval town or city. But to my dismay, all I find is pitch-black.

My eyes tremble in shock... It can't be. After such a death, I deserve transmigration! Why am I still here?

My hands start shivering, my mouth quivers in fear. 'No No No NO! I won't accept such a fate! Not after everything I went through!'

I scream out in anguish and fear, the pitch-black world seeming to tremble and echo in my voice.

"I need to feel some otherworldly titties!" I scream out into the void. My voice of despair ringing out even in this empty world.

'How can I go through all that, such a horrible life, such a horrible death, just to spend the rest of eternity in this void?!'

I continue wailing into the world, leaving no semblance of dignity or self-respect. Shouting and screaming until my lungs give out, but since I'm dead, they never give out.

After quite some time, I finally get a response.

"Don't worry my child, you can receive what you ask." I hear a deep and ancient voice reverberating through the the abyss.

-----

I open my eyes to see my new world, I know its my new world, and I won't accept anything else.

And the staple of all transmigration main characters greet me:

『Welcome to the Vassal Domination System! Please conquer women to dominate the world!』

"Hell yeah!"

[1] Praise the ever benevolent and magnificent great lich!
