Chapter 30 - Alarm clock

*"Tick, tick, tick…"* Echoing through a room as the mechanic-arms clock alarm on table loudly ticking without a single skip of beat.

Maybe someone can't imagine or can-it, that human body has an incredible adaptability. Like when two people hold theirs hands, they can eventually synchronize they hart beats to mach pulse of each other. So try imagine: That when you trying to fall into a sleep, in your bed; your own heartbeat will synchronize with ticking of a clock. But because you are trying to fall asleep, you heart beet shall be slower that clock ticking, and that will stress you out.

Now imagine; that there are a trio of people in the room, all of them are forced to have they own clock for purpose of waking up to school. The clocks dint have a synchronized ticking, so you can count a trio of ticks of every second. "Tick-tick-tick… Tick-tick-tick… Tick-tick-tick…"

If one of the stressful (Cr-r-r-r!!) or (Bep-bep-bep!!) wake-up alarms go off, you can forget about sleeping. Sometime resulting in a shock of: (Whats going on?! Who attacking this position?!)

So you can probably imagine that relief; when mechanic-arms clocks were replaced by early mass-made cheap mobile phones. No more ticking, that echoing onto the room. Also the alarms improve by less disrespectful tones for a soul.

Then come an era of smartphones and they overhaul of wake-up alarm features, by introducing a personal customization. Intensity, vibrations, heck; even you own audio track. Some people chose something peaceful, some something special, some something funny or meme, and some... a dancing tune. I found it hilarious; the funny videos about sleeping people, who got voice activated; when theirs phone starts play a dance club song, and they body start (dance?) while they mind is still asleep in bed.

So I pick up a specific game music, that start calmly like anime opening foreshadowing a new episode. Then the beats and tune, get more briskly, agile; tuning up into an arcade battle/race like hype. The one, when you can imagine yourself steeping out from shadow of a race-team garage door, making a pose as you stand in front of the depot-station and day light shining on the race track in front of you. Or it was a space dock and stars? Or something like that, that give you vibe of: "Get ready player (one)! The game session is about to start."

This means, no more stressful rude awaking, because the wake up method was not meant for humans. The secret to have a peaceful wake up lies in many steps, but one of them is to use the (chosen wake-up) melody/tune/audio, only on this single purpose. No, party playlist! No, listening to it, outside the wake-up function. You see, even on a sleep, brain is still active and collecting information's, sounds, scents; danger detection.

Also I changed the message notification from "Beep-Beep!!!" (Hey, you!!), to "Mrooow~ou…", a cat prolonged melodic meow as if the feline is saying: (Hi, what up?) Or meow and yawns at same time. ...I like that.
