Logan didn't have the luxury of thinking. More and more enemies were closing in on Alice, Rudeous, Lilith, Rowan, and Daliah.
For a brief moment, his gaze swept across them.
His mother.
His father.
His friends.
They were all here… surrounded by enemies.
A cold fire ignited in Logan's chest.
His fingers tightened around the hilt of his sword on their own.
The ice blade in his left hand grew denser, colder, sharper. Frost crept across the air around him as the temperature plummeted.
Logan gritted his teeth. Veins bulged across his forehead. His muscles tightened violently, a sharp ridge forming along his triceps.
Then....
He let loose.
All five elemental affinities erupted into motion.
Fire. Ice. Lightning. Air. Gravity.
They surged together like a raging storm inside his body.
His internal energy exploded to the very peak of his ability.
