Chapter 1: The File That Shouldn't Exist

The dimly lit chamber of the S.O.U.L headquarters had an air of cold silence, broken only by the ticking of a heavy brass clock on the wall. The boss of S.O.U.L, a sharp-eyed man in his early sixties known only as Commander Vikram, sat behind a desk loaded with classified folders and blinking holographic screens. One folder, however, had captured all his attention. It was labeled: "LEVEL 5 PRIORITY – FIELD EXECUTION MAY BE NECESSARY."

He lit a cigar, the smoke curling toward the ceiling as he opened the folder. Photographs spilled out – a bloodied body found deep in the Vikar forest, surrounded by broken bottles, cigarette butts, and something more subtle... an aura of betrayal. His fingers lingered over a photo of a familiar face: Officer Ram. He leaned back in his chair, tapping his fingers against the wood, thinking.

"This one's messy," he muttered. "Only one man can solve this without losing his head... or his nerve."

Commander Vikram leaned forward and pressed the intercom. "Send someone to find Officer Ram. Now."

"Yes, sir," came the immediate response from the comms. Without wasting a second, a tall man in a black coat stepped out of the room, urgency flashing in his eyes.

The camera panned to the streets of the city, drenched in the golden haze of late afternoon. People bustled through the neon-lit roads, unaware of the storm brewing in their shadows. But somewhere among them, Officer Ram was out there – reckless, brilliant, and untamed.
