Wu Mengyi finally relaxed a little upon seeing her husband was okay. Late at night, the family went back home, and after getting him settled in the bedroom, Wu Mengyi turned around and gave her son a cold glance, "Come with me."
She threw down those words and walked out of the bedroom.
Ye Qian followed her husband out; she didn't dare stay in the living room and went straight back to her bedroom. In the study, Wu Mengyi noticed her son still carried the smell of alcohol on him when he walked in, furrowing her brow even more deeply.
"Speak up, what happened?"
"It's nothing." Liu Zhiyuan replied indifferently.
Wu Mengyi stared at her son for quite a while, and when he said nothing further, she stood up from the chair, "Fine, I can't manage you. From now on, your father and I won't interfere. You figure it out yourself."
Without saying another word, Wu Mengyi returned to the bedroom.
