Gently exhaling, Amy Mansfield looked up at Rosie Sullivan and asked, "Why did you come to the company?"

"The commission from the Turner Clan was barely resolved, but the Turner Clan wasn't satisfied. They feel that Biel Hall's reputation is undeserved and are demanding a full refund, along with some compensation."
She gently tapped the edge of her cup with her fingers and continued, "They said they'd come to the company this afternoon, so I came to check it out."
Amy Mansfield asked, "Have they arrived?"
