Ling Tianze and Qi Baocheng followed Xinyan back to the courtyard; it had already been rearranged.

Xinyan gestured for Zheng Zhiyang to sit down and then sat at her own desk, casually flipping through the ledgers they had placed there in advance.

Xinyan looked up at Zheng Zhiyang: "You have a girlfriend?"
Zheng Zhiyang waved his hand: "Don't mention it, it's not great. That girl wasn't even genuinely interested in me, and I'm not foolish enough to get into something with her."
Ling Tianze chimed in at this moment: "I saw that girl was pursuing you really hard. Maybe one day she'll win you over."
