Chapter 10 - 100 YEAR LATER

Episode 10

Wasoori had followed the men all the way to the village during the night. She couldn't fight against hundreds of people alone, so she quietly stayed on their trail until they entered the village.

Her plan was to find the right moment to somehow rescue Molsak from their clutches. As soon as they entered the village, the noise they made caused a stir. The entire village woke up, and people came out of their homes to see what was happening.

Wasoori couldn't enter the village. Dressed in men's clothes, her feminine form would be too obvious. She circled the village quietly, looking for a secret way to reach Molsak. But because everyone was awake and outside, she hadn't yet been able to sneak in.

People kept asking each other questions and moved toward the mansion. By midnight, the area outside Wadera Hukam's mansion looked like a carnival. Eventually, everyone was told to return to their homes and gather again in the morning in front of the mansion.

Noori had also found out that night that the Wadera had captured the venomous man he had been hunting for two days. This news shook her to her core. Her father returned from the mansion that night and told her that the man would be executed publicly the next day.

The thought of Molsak receiving a death sentence broke Noori's heart. She felt utterly helpless. All she could do was pray.

Wasoori kept circling the outskirts of the village, and when the crowd finally dispersed and people went back to their homes, she silently slipped into the village. Her target was Wadera Hukam's mansion.

She found a spot near the mansion and hid there. Guards were patrolling the perimeter, and even the rooftop had silhouettes moving about. Wasoori knew she couldn't get inside, but she also refused to leave without Molsak. She decided to spend the night there, eyes fixed on the mansion, waiting for morning.

She knew that by morning, she would return to her snake form—but she wasn't afraid. In that form, she could hide in even the smallest of spaces. Her only fear was being seen in that form and killed on sight.

---

As dawn broke, crowds began to gather outside the mansion. Curiosity had drawn everyone to witness the venomous man's punishment. Among them was Noori, who wanted to confirm whether the captured man was really Molsak. If it was him, she had made up her mind to do whatever she could to save him—even if it meant risking her life.

A strong wooden post had been fixed into the ground, where Molsak was to be tied and burned alive. Wasoori, hiding some distance away, watched the crowd with disgust. She hated them all—for coming to watch her Molsak's execution like it was a show.

Suddenly, commotion stirred in the crowd. People began to murmur and then quietly dispersed. Only the wooden post remained.

Noori stood with her friend Bano, trying to understand what had happened. Moments later, Wadera's guards emerged and announced that Wadera Allahdad had decided to take the prisoner to his own village for punishment. Disappointed, the crowd left.

Eventually, two vehicles exited the mansion—one carrying Hukam Shah, the other carrying Wadera Allahdad. Wasoori, still hidden nearby, watched silently, praying for Molsak.

---

Inside the mansion:

Molsak had been tied with ropes and locked in a room with no visible way out. Still, Wadera had placed guards outside, fearing what he might do.

In the morning, after breakfast, Wadera ordered Molsak to be brought out and tied to the post.

But as soon as a guard opened the door, he froze in shock.

The ropes lay on the floor—Molsak was gone.

The guard rushed back to Wadera and delivered the shocking news. Wadera, Hukam Shah, and Allahdad stormed to the room—but it was empty.

Enraged, Wadera scolded his men, blaming their carelessness. What he didn't understand was: you cannot imprison the wind, and Molsak was the wind. He had vowed to return.

---

Once the guards had locked him up, Molsak used his naturally flexible body to slip out of the ropes. No matter the form—human or otherwise—no chain could hold him.

However, he couldn't leave the room in human form. He needed to wait until morning. If someone entered before that, he was prepared to fight.

When dawn came, Molsak changed into his snake form and slithered out through a vent.

As he escaped, a familiar scent reached his senses—it was Wasoori. He followed the scent and found her nearby.

Wasoori let out a hiss of joy upon seeing him alive. They slithered away together, leaving the village and heading back to the desert.

---

Three nights later...

Hami Shah was drinking in the forest with his men when suddenly a panicked messenger arrived—five guards were found dead near their base.

Shocked, Hami Shah suspected a police raid—but that didn't make sense. No police could reach this deep, especially so quietly.

Next, he thought maybe a rival gang had attacked.

He and his men spread through the forest, unaware that they didn't need to search for the enemy—

Because Molsak was already hunting them.

By dawn, only Hami Shah and two men were left alive. He returned to his base and sent his remaining men to gather the rest. Just as he was pouring himself a drink, he felt someone behind him.

Turning around, he saw Molsak and Wasoori standing there. Molsak's hiss echoed with rage.

Terrified, Hami Shah stuttered, "W-who are you?"

"Molsak," he replied.

Then he grabbed Hami Shah by the collar and crushed his throat in one powerful grip. His lifeless body dropped to the ground like a fallen tree.

Molsak hissed into the forest—the trees and birds trembled.

---

Wadera Allahdad received word that Hami Shah was dead—killed just like his men. The signs were clear: it was the same venomous man they had once imprisoned.

The Waderas had unknowingly stirred a storm—a storm that would not rest until it had avenged every injustice.

---

Noori also feared the worst. She believed that the Wadera had already executed Molsak. Powerless to help him, she wept quietly.

Wadera Hukam, having learned of Hami Shah's death, visited Allahdad. Together, they decided to return to the desert and kill Molsak.

They brought many men again, divided into groups, and combed the desert.

But after three days and nights, they found nothing—and returned, empty-handed.

---

Meanwhile, Molsak realized that he needed either to leave the desert or find a permanent, hidden place.

He chose the latter. At the edge of the desert, near a large sand dune, he discovered a deep underground chamber. It could hold four people comfortably.

Once the Waderas left, he slithered toward Hukam's mansion, reaching it just before sunset.

He crept inside but couldn't find Wadera Hukam—the man whose image was burned into his memory.

Suddenly, someone shouted: "Snake! Snake!"

A crowd chased him. He darted through the mansion, searching for an escape before being cornered.
