Zuri had laid waste to both Asher and Saitama with just a single attack each. Although it might seem like Asher could now match any and all Voidstar Life Rankers simply because he had defeated the Monster and the Emovira a couple of hours ago, that wasn't the case.
Unlike Humans, Monsters and Emovirae did not have subclassifications within their respective classes. Not all Rank 8 Emovirae were equally powerful, just as not all Voidstar Life Rankers possessed the same level of strength. And even if the Monster and Emovira that Asher had defeated were somewhat on Zuri's physical level by some sort of miracle, at the end of the day, they still weren't as powerful as her, as those two relied heavily on their abilities.
