Zuri's ability wasn't an affinity for ice just because she could create a blizzard, nor did she possess multiple elements like Asher. Her ability was called Transmutation, and in simple terms, it allowed her to perfectly change the state and shape of things, as long as they were non-living.
Her ability to create a blizzard was simply a matter of transforming and manipulating the existing air and space around her into whatever she desired, nothing more. It was through this ability that she was also able to heal herself whenever Asher injured her, transmuting her flesh and restoring her body to its original state.
But, of course, there were a few limitations to her ability, although they weren't particularly significant. For example, if she wanted to transform an enemy attack directed at her into something else, she had to expend more energy than had been used to power the attack before she could transmute it, which, in a sense, wasn't much of a limitation.
