A new life
"I was captured and sentenced to death by Eddard Stark, the warden of the north. After that I fled to Essos. But then I learnt about your brother and you. Hoping that serving your brother would one day give me the chance to return to my home, I decided to serve Viserys." Jorah Mormont told me with his head still down.
"First of all, stand up and look into my eyes." I told the man and waited for him to complete my order.
"Jorah Mormont, I don't know if you are a fool or you are trying to fool me. Tell me which one of my guesses is correct ?" My blunt words shocked him. But I was not done.
"You said that you came to serve Viserys, hoping that you would get the chance to return to your home, one day. Tell me did you not enquire about our condition back then ? Did you not know the condition of Westeros and how widely the Targaryen's are hated ? More importantly, even after seeing what kind of man Viserys was, you still hoped that one day you would return to Westeros under his command ?" I smiled inwardly after seeing him gaping like a fish out of water. I would rather have no allies rather than having a potential back stabber.
He was definitely not expecting me to question him in this way. Otherwise he might have answered them if he would have been a little prepared.
"And now you want to serve me. Just after my brother died. What if I tell you that I have no intention of going back to Westeros ? Would you still like to serve me ?" I asked the question that was clearly a trap. And from the look on his face, Jorah also knew that it was a trap.
"Yes, Khalessi…"
"Are you a spy of Robort Baratheon ?"
"Yes."
I smiled at his confession… The man has closed his eyes. Probably waiting for his death. Unfortunately for him, I had other plans.
"Alright, Jorah Mormont. From now on, you will remain as my captive. As I told you before I have no intention of going back to Westeros. And it would be better if those Westerosi people didn't interfere with my life either. So you are going to send them false information. You will send them messages. But I will write those messages. Do you understand ?" I asked Jorah.
"Understood Khalessi."
I dismissed him along with one of my blood riders as I turned towards Drogo. I had a complicated feeling towards him. I did not know if not for my skills he would still love me like the way you are doing now. I needed true loyalty. Both of us loved each other's bodies. But as a person, I was not so sure.
With Viserys gone, I had many ways to develop the Khalasar. Drogo was not like Viserys. So he was also a potential ally instead of a rival. As long as I play my cards right, I will be able to achieve my goals.

Finally after 3 months of effort I succeeded in doing something that would have been impossible without the system. I officially had more authority than Drogo himself. Placing my hand over my bulging belly, I couldn't help but smile.
Through a lot of manipulation and show of strength, I had changed many things in the Khalasar. And after showing my strength in the recent battle against Khal Mongo, Drogo finally acknowledged my authority in front of the entire Khalasar. Mongo was someone whose individual strength was no less than Drogo. Their battle ended in a tie. And both of them had decided to clash again after 3 days.
But listening to my request, he allowed me to fight Mongo despite his taunting words. And after I killed Mongo, His relatively small Khalasar was taken over by me.
After that in front of everyone, Drogo cut off his long hair, and offered it to me.
It was the direct show of complete submission.
Now I could do reforms that previously would have been impossible.
And then there were my new rewards. Both of them were actually pretty good.
"Drogo" For the first time I called Drogo by his name as I stepped forward and kissed him. Reading his thoughts I already know that he was now truly loyal to me.
I didn't have to wait for long until he took over my kiss and started playing with me in front of the entire kneeling Khalasar.
After throwing a party that lasted for two days and two nights, I finally gathered everyone to tell them about some new rules that I had created. I had big plans regarding the great grass sea and the Dothraki people. The land had a lot of unexplored potential. And I intended to use it to its fullest. Reforms will not happen overnight. Changing some cultural significance will do more harm than good. But changing it little by little through small rules and policies was definitely possible.
My first step was introducing a new type of farming style that would suit the nomadic living style of the Dothraki people. It was a small step. Something that most of them might not like but they would not go against it.
