When me and All Might are talking I suddenly felt light headed and almost stumbled "Are you alright?" All Might asked me with a look of concern.
'huh? Didn't this happen already?' I thought confused and chuck it up with déjà vú "I'm alright senpai" I assured him "are you sure?" He pressed " do you want me to take you to Recovery girl?" He continued.
"I am alright, really" I said thankful for his concern "I just felt light headed" I told him truthfully. Then I ask "do you know déjà vú?" He nodded and said "yeah, it's that feeling when you know something has already happened before right?" I nodded at that.
"Sorry for the strange question senpai, because I felt like this moment has already happened" he smiled and laugh then he said "it's okay, you're probably just nervous" I didn't take his laughter as an insult after all I am indeed nervous.
I just laugh with him and said "Senpai can you take me to training grounds B if your not busy" I ask him for a favor. To get people to trust you, always ask for a small favor.
He nodded and said "I am not busy today" I smiled and thank him "your a great help Senpai" he patted me at my shoulder then we started walking, before we even take three steps the hallway lights dimmed I suddenly had a vision.
A deafening roar, blinding white light, Mirio screamed, Tamaki lept.
I stopped dead in my tracks 'what was that?' I thought, the vision leaving me disoriented. All Might looked at me with a frown and said "Are you sure your just feeling light headed?" He ask and I nodded "yes Senpai" I assured him. Then I told him if we can have Midnight-Senpai and Cemmentos-Senpai to accompany us.
He look confused as to why I needed them to be present to which I said " it's because I came up with personalized activity for each of the big three" then I continued "As you know Senpai, I don't have a quirk so if possible I want some insurance to keep the students safe if their quirk misfire. With that explanation he understood.
"Ahh, you're very cautious. That's right we need to make sure students safety came first" he said with a smile, I swear dropped because he's letting his successor train in a dumpster.
We continued to walk, while talking about mundane things when we arrived at the faculty. I looked around and found Midnight-Senpai, I walked up to her and greeted her "Hello Senpai" she looked at me, and... licked her lips 'wtf'
"Hello, Kouhai" she said, when I heard her tone I decided that this favor will be the first and last favor I'm asking her.
After some pleasantries I asked her "would like to help me oversee the big 3's quirk application test?" To which she replied "and what would you do if I refuse?" I nodded and said "I can't really force you to do something you don't want to do" then I continued "sorry for disturbing you Senpai" and started to walk away.
"tch" I heard her clicked her tongue, I smiled. If someone wants you to owe them simply back away. I'm almost near the door when I heard her, alright Kouhai I'll help out" I smiled again and turned around to thank her.
"Thank you Senpai, you're the best" I said and we headed to training grounds B. Cemmentos-Senpai senpai is busy constructing the other venue for the practical exam for the upcoming entrance exam.
After walking around for a few minutes we finally found ourselves to the training grounds, specifically training ground B. Aizawa-Senpai told me to assess their quirk application into real situation.
So, that's what I'm gonna do. I'll test them alright "Alright you three, sorry for being late; as you know I'm new here so I'm still figuring the entire school map" I said with an apologetic tone and a small awkward smile "and I also asked Midnight-Sensei for her help to ensure your safety."
Mirio the most enthusiastic one reply with a bright smile "Don't worry Sensei, we don't mind! And thank you for helping out Midnight-Sensei" 'ugh, that smile is too bright' I thought while nodding and still apologizing, when Nejire: part of the Big 3 and the only female in their group says "Sensei if you want we can show you around." I look at her grateful and nodded "Thank you" I said with a smile and focus my attention on Tamaki.
I always think that Tamaki is stronger than Mirio, yes Mirio has a powerful quirk that makes him intangible, but the drawback of you falling underground when the quirk activated randomly scares me, especially the fact that as Mirio said he can't breath when he's fully submerged. So no matter what happens I think that Tamaki is stronger than him, and I'll die on that hill.
"Tamaki, are you alright?" I ask him, and he muttered something under his breath.
'probably not' I was amused, the strongest of the 3 doesn't have the self-esteem needed to progress. 'and that's where I come in'
I walked up to him and told him "do you want me to get you to the infirmary?" He shook his head. With that I reluctantly get out of his personal space and started talking to all three of them.
"Okay, I will be your substitute for today alright, I will give you 3 activities unique only to you" I started and spoke again "Each activity will test the limit and the control you have on your quirks" I looked at each of them. Mirio: full of confidence, Nejire: enthusiastic as ever, and Tamaki: he wants to go home.
I chuckled at their reaction, after gathering myself I assigned their activities. 'I designed this myself after studying their quirk all night yesterday'

I looked at the clock, 3:46 am I'm studying the Big 3's quirk for better interaction and make me more approachable for them. After hours I finally made activity to test their quirk mastery "I hope nothing bad happens" I jinxed
Mirio Togata (Hero Name: Lemillion)
•Quirk: Permeation - Allows him to make his entire body, or selected parts, intangible.
•Test 1. Control - Constantly switch on which body part will be intangible until failure.
Possible outcome - Fast paced intangibility that reacts on instinct.
•Test 2. Limit - See how small of the body part can you make intangible – Blood, Veins, Nerves & Epidermis.
Possible outcome - Acquiring new understanding of the quirk and pushing it's limit.
•Test 3. Application - Putting the newly learned things into motion.
Possible outcome - A faster integration of new skills.
Tamaki Amajiki (Hero Name: Suneater)
•Quirk: Manifest - Grants him the ability to manifest the characteristics of anything he has recently eaten.
•Test 1. Control - Fuse the characteristics of the recently eaten food for a new powerful creature.
Possible outcome - Able to cross any species with the same or different characteristics.
•Test 2. Limit - Keep the transformation as long as you can.
Possible outcome - Staying in battle longer, and being able to save more civilian.
•Test 3. Application - Putting the newly learned things into motion.
Possible outcome - A faster integration of new skills.
Nejire Hado (Hero Name: Nejire Chan)
•Quirk: Wave Motion - Allows her to convert her own vitality (energy) into powerful spiral shockwaves.
•Test 1. Control - Release shockwaves through other parts of the body other than the hands and feet (e.g. mouth, eyes or back etc.)
Possible outcome - More versatile, and comes with a surprise factor.
•Test 2. Limit - Keep the shockwave going for as long as possible.
Possible outcome - Controlled shockwaves.
•Test 3. Application - Putting the newly learned things into motion.
Possible outcome - A faster integration of new skills.

After I gave them their respective training regime today Midnight-Senpai ask me "you prepaired all of that yourself?" I sat myself down and told her "Yes Senpai, I like to do everything I can to help out my students" she smiled and sat beside me.
Then I watched with eyes full of curiosity Mirio started with the Limit test, how do I know you may ask, because he's focusing real hard. I approached him and said "is this your first time doing this exercise?" I asked him and to which he just nodded.
Before offering any advice I ask him first "how do you usually conrol your intangibility?" In which he replied "I just think of it Sensei, I just will the energy I'm feeling to make my body intangible" I nodded and thought to myself 'he's willing atoms to spread apart so he can phase through anything?' interesting.
"Why don't you try to feel this energy first? Once you do that try to manipulate it, wait, does this energy have to cover your body?" I asked again intrigued by this discovery of mine. He nodded and said "yes Sensei, that's why I have no problem making my whole body untouchable" fascinating.
I smiled at him and said "well, I guess this activity will actually benefit you!" He nodded and smile "I'll make sure to finish this Sensei, I won't give up!"
I sweat dropped at that, typical shonen protagonist line.
Anyway, this time I walked towards Tamaki, he's trying to fuse horse legs with bears claw. In this world you can eat anything if you have money. I didn't bother him as he clearly intended to finish this himself.
As teacher, you don't always have to force your way in. Brute forcing yourself with students – like Tamaki with confidence problems will backfire so take it slow.
Knowing that, I patted him at the back gave him a thumbs up and smiled the I walk away.
I walked towards Nejire's direction, she's doing the control test. She's releasing shockwaves through her back, it give her a significant boost in speed especially if the shockwave is first stored then released.
I looked at her and decided that she's fine doing her own thing, and offer my advice when needed. I walk back to my spot with a chair I brought to monitor them, and keeping track of their progress.
"Come to me if you're stuck at something or you don't know how to do it okay, I'll do my best to help you out!" I shouted making sure all three of them heard me, all three stopped and nodded. Then I sat back near Midnight-Senpai she then look at my hands where the 'Survival guide' is she said "you like reading detective books?" 'huh? Doesn't she see the title?'
I then ask her "yes Senpai do you also like to read?" I go with the flow of the conversation trying to figure out if the book's true form is only visible to me "not really, is Sherlock Holmes really interesting?" She asked. I smiled and I nodded "Do you want to read?" I offered her the book and she refused saying that she's not into books
Satisfied I look towards the book, 'Survival guide' "what a strange book, probably given by RayRay" I muttered. Then I open the book I read through 'strange when did number 3 gets filled out?' I thought as I read through it.
'Number 3. STAY AWAY FROM ENERGY BLAST
As Nejire heeded her teachers instructions she slowly accumulate small amount of vitality – something she can manage, but as she keep storing the vitality she realized that a strange unfamiliar energy keeps feeding her quirk. It goes on until she can't control it anymore.'
I was alarmed, then I sighed "I have no idea when this entry is written, but I still need to ve vigilant." I muttered, and started observing it's cover. Brown leather, with strange rune carvings and a the title at the middle. How do I know it's runes? Because RayRay's library has a book called 'Rune Records' I skimmed through it when I didn't recognized the marking in the book cover.
As I was about to continue observing the book, Nejire walks towards me she said "Sensei, is it possible to store vitality for a more powerful burst of shockwave?" She asked, I was momentarily stunned because it's like how the book said "we don't know, why don't you try? Start slow okay. Just do small amounts of vitality that you can control" and I asked "do you also feels some sort of energy before your own vitality turns into shockwave?" In which she nodded 'does the energy only works with emitter type quirks? And what is the unfamiliar energy the book said?'
"I see, then let's test it out okay" I offererd her my advice "why don't you try to gather small amounts of the energy before your vitaly changes it and once you can't hold it anymore, release it?" I said not so certain myself. "I'll try Sensei!" She replied with a smile.
She goes back to her section of the training grounds and focus, I stared at her and Midnight-Senpai is also staring at me "She's a student Kouhai, it's forbidden love" she said with a sly grin, I shook my head and replied "it's not that Senpai, plus I'm not into young girls. It's just that I have a bad feeling about what will happen."
