When the sky adorns itself with black clouds, and it rains blood like that of humans… you must tread carefully, for the Entrowis is about to appear.
The appearance of such a catastrophe… will plunge the earth into a slumber of bloody rain. You must not anger the Entrowis.
"Do not anger an insect, a cat, or a dog… for he who surpasses them all cannot bear his wrath: the Entrowis."
—From the sacred writings of Saint Sin.
At that moment, Isaac stood at the center of the arena, speaking in a deep tone:
"It seems a beautiful event is about to unfold… Lady Marian versus Prince Faithless. This is merely training to enhance one's abilities and learn—not for killing or hatred."
He then added in the same tone:
"If you're strong enough, don't show your strength against the weak. Show it against someone stronger than you—and break them. Now, the duel between Faithless and Lady Marian shall begin."
Isaac handed a wooden sword to Lady Marian… then extended his hand to give Faithless the same, but just as Faithless reached, Isaac pulled it back and whispered in his ear:
"Don't hold back your power against her. She's like the crimson moon… you never know when it will appear."
Faithless looked with his cold eyes at Isaac's mysterious smile… took the wooden sword, and stood ready for battle.
Isaac stepped back toward the other members… he smiled a cold smile and spoke in a deep voice:
"Let this duel begin… Hero versus Hero."
Juline placed one hand over the other and spoke confidently, smiling:
"Hmph, the prince with six-pack abs will definitely win."
Marceline replied with a sarcastic tone and a grin:
"Oh, are you in love with him or with his abs, Juline?"
Juline transformed her hand into sharp claws and placed it on Marceline's neck…
"Take it back, Marcy. I'm not in love with him."
Marceline answered with a mocking tone and laughed:
"Nope, I won't take it back."
As they joked, Tawakizra released a powerful aura that stopped them in their tracks. His eyes were closed, and he looked straight ahead.
"That's enough. We want to watch the duel."
Lady Marian smiled, tilted her head to the right, and spoke firmly:
"Son of the Emperor… what a filthy lineage. The Yellow Emperor was the only good one. His sons and grandsons destroyed this kingdom with their strange, filthy ideas."
Faithless smiled and moved his right hand, speaking in a cold tone:
"I was never interested in emperors… or even the kingdom. I only loved two things: my mother, whose smile eased the eyes and soul… and my brother, who trained me and turned me into a beast one could rely on."
Lady Marian smirked sarcastically and spoke with disgust:
"You're such a childish person… you think like a five-year-old, you faithless wretch."
Faithless chuckled lightly, placed his hand over his face, and replied in a deep tone:
"Unless you lose something, you won't feel the bitterness of its pain."
Lady Marian swung her sword fiercely toward his face. He bent backward and countered with a strong kick, but she blocked it with the sword's hilt.
"No one taught you the etiquette of listening?" Faithless said mockingly with a smile.
"I had my finger in my ear, so I didn't hear you," Lady Marian answered arrogantly.
Faithless attacked with a cold smile, and Marian blocked his sword. Their movements were fast and clear to any observer.
On the other side… Tawakizra watched quietly, his eyes closed. Meanwhile, Isaac smiled mysteriously and tapped his finger on his hand.
"Faithless… I didn't expect him to have skill with the sword. He seems to have potential, but he has a long way to go," Marceline said calmly, her eyes fixed on the battle.
Elsewhere, both combatants fought with terrifying spirit… as if each wanted to bring the other down quickly. Faithless aimed for her chest with the wooden sword, but she redirected the strike and hit his abdomen, forcing him to retreat swiftly.
He drove the wooden sword into the ground to regain balance… looked ahead but didn't find Marian. He looked up—she wasn't there either.
He felt someone trying to stab him from behind. He turned—but saw no one. Then, in a strange move, he placed his sword against his chest—just in time to block a powerful strike aimed straight for it.
Faithless smiled at her and spoke flirtatiously:
"You have a beautiful face… especially up close."
She responded in the same tone and with a cold smile:
"And you too… but you look awfully gloomy."
Faithless kicked her hard in the stomach, sending her flying backward. Just before she crashed into a tree, he grabbed her by the back and gave her a mysterious smile.
"Looks like you almost hit that tree."
She swung her sword, landing a strong hit on his abdomen. Then she placed the sword on her shoulder and spoke sarcastically:
"Oops. Seems I struck your lovely abs."
Juline screamed at Lady Marian with a sharp, pretty tone:
"You bitch! Don't hurt those beautiful abs… if anything happens to them, I'll kill you!"
Lady Marian smiled sweetly, placed her hand on her waist, and replied sarcastically:
"Looks like you've got fans, Prince Faithless."
"I have many. Including the one standing in front of me," Faithless replied calmly.
"Seems the hit to your stomach rattled your mind," Lady Marian said mockingly.
Faithless charged at her with a genuine smile, despite his pain… but he was enjoying himself deeply.
Tawakizra stood near Isaac… and before he could speak, Isaac said:
"I know what's on your mind, Tawakizura. Both of them are holding back their powers and not unleashing them fully."
Tawakizura smiled and spoke in a calm tone:
"It seems you always know what I want to say just by reading my expressions… That's your habit, Saint Isaac. But in your opinion, why haven't either of them shown their true power yet?"
Isaac looked toward Tawakizura, spoke in a mysterious tone, and opened one eye:
"It's best not to anger Marian. That madman Faithless… We don't know what disaster he's hiding."
Tawakizura was surprised. He placed his five fingers on his mouth and spoke in a shocked tone:
"Don't tell me… you agreed to a killing for a certain reason?"
Isaac smiled as he looked toward the fight, but said not a single word…
On the other side, Lady Marian had complete control over Faithless—she wasn't giving him any chance to move freely.
Despite the pressure, Faithless was trying to find a way out of this predicament. He grabbed her shoulder forcefully, lifted his body, and landed a direct blow to her chest, which sent her crashing into a tree with great force.
But she didn't collide completely. Instead, she drove her sword into the tree… She held her chest and looked at Faithless with a sharp gaze.
"That was a strong hit… But probably not your strongest," Marian said arrogantly.
Lady Marian attacked fiercely, landing a punch on Faithless's face, making him retreat a short distance. Then she launched another attack, aiming to strike his neck with her wooden sword… but he blocked it using the hilt of his own sword.
Lady Marian was extremely angry, and her strikes were overwhelmingly heavy… Eric spoke with a worried tone:
"Saint Isaac… it seems the fight is heading in a different direction."
"That's right. We should interfere before things escalate any further," Marceline said in a deep tone.
Isaac didn't say a word. He simply stood there, watching the fight, with his hands behind his back. Marian kept tightening the grip around Faithless, not giving him any room to strike or move.
'She's angry because of that hit I landed… but she's fighting with terrifying intent,' Faithless muttered in a low tone.
He dodged her attack and retreated quickly. She rushed at him again… He swung his sword and whispered softly:
"Archimedes."
A shimmering illusionary sword appeared for a few seconds… Everyone was surprised by the move. Marian couldn't identify the real blade. But the illusion vanished and the real sword emerged…
"Tsk."
Faithless clicked his tongue in frustration, unhappy that he didn't properly execute the technique of the Inverted Cross Blade. However, he struck her shoulder hard, forcing her to take a few steps back.
"Sons of the emperor have the talent to learn anything… but not to master it," Marian mocked with a sarcastic tone.
Faithless gave a cold smile and was about to respond, but she suddenly appeared in front of him and slashed his stomach, leaving a shallow wound.
"We must stop the fight… It's going in the wrong direction," Marceline said in a concerned voice.
Juline looked angrily toward Isaac and tried to intervene… but he raised his hand and spoke in a sharp tone with a mysterious smile:
"No one is to interfere in this duel…"
Lady Marian's strikes were strong and heavy—even Faithless had a hard time parrying them.
"What's wrong? It seems you carry deep hatred," Faithless said coldly.
She struck his sword hard and spoke in a harsh tone:
"Silence! You have no right to speak, you child of a filthy bloodline."
Faithless was shocked by her exaggerated reaction, but still he kept his rage contained…
Lady Marian vanished from in front of Faithless and moved at high speed to confuse him… Faithless had no choice but to use the Royal Guard technique to block the next attack.
She appeared behind him and aimed to strike… But Faithless positioned himself in the Royal Guard stance.
But Marian, consumed by madness, abandoned her wooden sword and used a sharp, bloodstained blade instead—slashing his chest deeply and then striking him with full force, sending him crashing into a tree.
Everyone wanted to step in, but Isaac blocked them… Marian spoke mockingly and sharply:
"You're worthless. Just a so-called talent of the—"
She didn't finish her sentence, as a black cloud suddenly appeared above the arena only… Everyone looked up in shock. Then, human blood began to rain down on them.
"What… what the hell is going on?" Marceline spoke in a frightened tone.
"What's with this sudden, unnatural change in the weather?" Eric said anxiously as he stared at the dark clouds.
"Is this some kind of strange spell or what?" Tawakizura spoke deeply.
Only Isaac was smiling, gazing at Faithless—whose eyes were leaking gold down his cheeks… And with terrifying speed, he dashed toward Marian, who—along with the others—hadn't even registered what was happening. He aimed to cut off her head.
But Isaac grabbed Faithless's hand just in time. Faithless was nearly unconscious, his eyes closed, golden tears streaming from them… The terrifying part? Marian had already received a deep wound across her cheek.
Faithless tried to free his hand, but Isaac tapped his chest three times in succession, then gently tapped directly on his heart… Faithless instantly passed out.
Marian collapsed to the ground, unable to grasp what had just happened, blood dripping from her face… And it wasn't just her—everyone stood stunned, baffled by what they had just witnessed. Isaac placed Faithless's unconscious body over his shoulder and spoke in a deep, calm tone with a smile:
"It seems the duel… ended with no victor."
