She spoke lightly, but curiosity laced her tone. She knew very well that people adored her older brother, his charm, his artistry, and his relentless work ethic made him the darling of millions.
Adrian, however, didn't flinch or hesitate. His eyes gleamed with unguarded honesty. "Like? No," he said, shaking his head before letting out a small chuckle. "I admire him. I'm such a big fan that joining his company was my dream. He's been my inspiration from the moment I first decided to step into this world of entertainment."
Something about the sincerity in his voice made Avery's chest warm. She hadn't expected him to admit it so openly. A fond smile spread across her lips.
