[Rosie's POV]
He crossed his arms and gawked at me like I was a confused being searching for what might be in front of me.
But for real, where did the door go? Oddly, it felt like I was moving in circles but kept meeting him at the same spot.
"Unfortunately! I'm not available," I responded on top of my lungs, but then found myself drowning in his eyes. It was sweeping me off my feet and driving me into a fantasy I didn't understand.
"Don't even think about it, princess," he said in a commanding tone that made my legs pause.
"You're not going anywhere"
I ignored him as my heart thumped and my gaze settled on a window, a narrow slit of freedom and I'd make a dash for it.
Without a second thought, I raced towards there but it click on me that it's definitely suicide I'd want to commit. If I jump, I'm surely going to die.
I couldn't even look at the height, and then I heard his laughter, echoing behind.
His voice taunts and teases me.
