[Rosie's POV]
My eyes lowered at them both as they chuckled. My body was still feeble but when I woke up, he was the first I wanted to see.
However, I came rather late or I shouldn't have come. I could see them, through the narrow opening of the door.
He likes her and I'm just the third wheel. I rolled over, leaning on the wall, and closed my eyes briefly.
I should leave but I don't want to, not when I'm the reason he's bleeding from his chest.
If I stay here, I might keep hurting him with my transformation. Sadly, I turned my back and began to walk away.
However, I paused when the door suddenly blasted open. My shoulders jumped to my ears as I slowly turned around in fear.
There he was, panting softly, and my eyes first met his injury. He was leaning against the door, like a statue, observing me and acting all flirty as always.
"Running away from your crimes?"
I couldn't say a word as my eyes had turned red, I tried my best to fight back the tears that threatened to fall.
