I furrowed my brows at that spot, wanting to be certain that I spotted someone spying... something like that.
However, the sight is plain which leaves me jinxed as I kept looking like I'd find a clue of what I saw.
"What's that?" Gary asked, turning around as I pointed a finger at the balcony.
"Someone's watching," I announced, quaking where I sat as I could tell the alcohol had washed off now, and my emotions were replaced by fear.
"It's just your illusions," he said, turning to look at me as I raised a brow at him, shocked to hear that.
"No, I swear I saw someone...like well, someone though..."
"Arghhh, you should get some sleep now, you're really drunk," he said as my eyes followed him as he rose up.
I shook my head, wanting to accept what he said as just my imagination playing with me.
It might be well, the guards on patrol or just a commoner passing by.
