"Are you sure you don't want anyone to help you?" Adam asked again, watching Sofia cradle their newborn son in her arms. His voice carried a mix of concern and disbelief as he stood beside her, still not used to seeing her so calm and confident despite her recovery.
Sofia laughed softly, her eyes never leaving the baby. "I want to be hands-on with our son, Nathaniel," she said with a teasing smile. "But if you really want to help, you can."
Adam raised a brow, a small grin curving his lips. "Of course, I'll help you. I won't let you do this alone. Changing diapers will be easy for me, besides, I want Nathan to know I am a proud father." he replied, sounding proud of himself.
Sofia looked up at him, amused. "My love, you belong in the office, not in a nursery. You are more suited for business meetings than baby-sitting."
Adam leaned closer, his tone sincere. "I promise you, we're in this together. Every late night, every bottle, every diaper—I'll be right here."
