"Yes, who are you all?" I asked rather harshly. Not only did they show up at my house uninvited, but they were also looking at me with an irritating expression.

"Are you living here alone?" one of the older men asked. I raised an eyebrow and crossed my arms.

"I live..." Just as I was about to answer, Amir suddenly appeared, wearing only a singlet. Seriously? Of all times, he had to dress like this now?!

"Who are you talking to? You sound so serious, my love." I shot him a sharp glare. How could he act all sweet at a time like this?

"So, you two live together? Are you husband and wife?" The question made me swallow hard. I glanced at Amir, and he looked back at me. We stared at each other before Amir slowly shook his head.

"So, you're not married? In that case, come with us. We've received a report that you're living together under one roof. Turns out, the report was true."

One of the older men grabbed Amir and led him toward a van. I, too, was forced to follow. The entire ride was silent as I tried to process everything. Who in the world made this report? They were asking for trouble!

"I'm sorry," Amir muttered, looking down. I scoffed in frustration and turned my gaze toward the window.

---

"I accept this marriage with Farah Aida binti Faizul with a dowry of one hundred ringgit, paid in cash."

For some reason, those words felt like daggers piercing my heart. Pain, anger, and hatred swirled together.

Before I even realized it, everything was over. I felt a hand tugging at mine as Amir and I returned to that luxurious mansion. But now, I felt nothing. My heart was empty, except for the burning desire to end Amir's life as soon as possible.

"You're mine now. Don't even think about going anywhere," he whispered as he leaned in to kiss my cheek.

SLAP!

"Listen, Chan, I never accepted any of this. So, from now on, don't even think about touching me!"

I watched as Amir lay down on the sofa in casual clothes.

"Why are you acting like this? Didn't you say before that you love me?" Amir's question was met with my mocking laughter.

"Of course, I love you. But that doesn't mean I'm ready to be with you," I said sarcastically before storming into the bedroom and slamming the door shut.

"ARGHHH!!!"

I screamed at the top of my lungs, venting my frustration. I threw every pillow off the bed in pure rage.

"You… I know this is all your doing, Amir. I will make sure you regret making such a stupid decision!"

Without wasting any time, I got up and pulled out all of his personal belongings from the closet.

"You said you like machetes, right? What if I kill you with the thing you love the most?"

A wicked smile spread across my lips as I slid a blunt machete into my jacket. Moving cautiously, I stepped out of the room.

Amir was sleeping, his breath rising and falling steadily. I held back my excitement.

I moved closer. Step by step, I approached him, staring at his face for a long time. Slowly, I pulled out the machete, ready to strike.

TAP!

Just as I was about to swing, my wrist was forcefully smacked away, making me stumble back.

"You think I didn't know you were planning to kill me?" Amir sat up, fixing his hair with a smirk.

"Yes, I want to kill you. I'm sick of living this fake life. You think I don't know, Amir?!" I saw his expression shift—just a little.

"So, you know the truth?" he asked softly.

"Yes, and I've planned to kill all of you. Because you're all nothing but parasites! Ruining my life and taking up space!!" I spat, my teeth clenched.

"You want to kill me? Then do it!" he taunted, motioning for me to come at him. My rage boiled over.

"You're still as weak as before!!" His words only fueled my anger.

"Die, you bastard!!"

I lunged at him with the machete, but he effortlessly dodged with a smug smile. Then, he tried to grab me.

"Change, and accept me, Farah. I promise I'll make you happy."

I shook my head furiously.

"I will never change, and I will never accept you. Someone like me is meant to be cruel and evil forever!"

I attacked him with punches and kicks, one after another. A solid punch landed on his chest, knocking him to the ground. He coughed violently. I laughed hysterically.

"Don't worry, I won't kill you just yet." I grinned, kicking him while he lay helpless. He lay there, his eyes pleading. I chuckled and pressed my foot against his stomach before biting my own arm—drawing dark blue blood.

"I just want you to feel what it's like to live in the darkness like I did."

As I pinned him down, I smeared my blue blood across his eyes.

"ARGHHH!! Farah, stop! I love you!"

I shook my head, grinning as I watched his eyes burn with pain.

"Looks like you're blind now," I said cheerfully, leaning closer to his trembling body.

"Farah, please stop this. This isn't who you really are," he pleaded weakly.

I clenched my jaw. His words only ignited my fury further.

"You talk too much. How about I put you to rest?"

I dashed to my room and retrieved a hammer from my drawer.

"This won't hurt, love. I promise."

Amir, now completely blind, only shook his head in terror.

TAP!

TAP!

TAP!

TAP!

I swung the hammer against the back of his head, each strike making him cry out in pain.

"ARGHHH!!"

His last scream echoed before his eyes slowly shut.

"Wow, there's so much blood behind your head. Looks… delicious."

I licked my lips and placed my head against his chest.

"Hmm, still alive. Sweet dreams, my love."

I smiled and slowly sank my fangs into his open wound.

"I won't let you die just yet. You just need some rest."

I laughed maniacally, my lips drenched in blood.

After nearly two hours of indulging in his suffering, I wiped my mouth clean.

"How about we go on a date, huh? You said you wanted to go out with your beautiful girlfriend, right?"

I yanked his limp body and dragged him toward the car.

"I can't wait to go on a date with you, love."

I stroked his hair as I drove. Amir, half-conscious, could barely move. The drive alone took an hour and a half.

I brought him to a massive tower—one with a hundred floors. It was abandoned and on the verge of collapse.

Perfect for a little alone time, just as Amir had wished!

I forced his body up the stairs, dragging him into the elevator. As we ascended to the 100th floor, I took the opportunity to tie his hands and feet tightly.

He could do nothing but groan in pain, awaiting the fate I had planned for him.

Ding!

I grinned.

I dragged him to a chair, positioning him barely five inches from the ledge. One wrong move, and he would fall to his death.

"Farah, where are we? Please, don't do this." His voice trembled with desperation.

I ran my fingers through his blood-streaked hair.

"Why are you scared, love? You said you wanted a date, right? Now, I'm making your wish come true."

His body was trembling violently.

"You know… before I discovered your true identity, I almost fell for you. But you know what? Thanks to Remy, I dodged that bullet. If not, we might've been happily living together like any other couple."

I sat cross-legged beside him.

"Farah, we still have a chance to be happy like everyone else. But why did you choose to do all this? Why won't you accept that the man you truly love is Amir, the man you claim to hate the most?" His voice was firm.

Hearing that, I burst into laughter while repeatedly slapping his face.

"My heart belongs to a man named Chan. Not Amir, that useless bastard who keeps trying to ruin my happiness!"

"So, if those two names belong to the same man, can't you accept it?" He wasn't giving up.

"No, never. Once you turned me into this cruel person, I will always be cruel to you." I crossed my arms and stood up.

"You know, I've always wanted to do something dramatic, like in those movies where people die by falling off a building. This will definitely make the news. You'll be famous!" I said while repeatedly flicking his forehead. He remained silent, breathing heavily.

"I think our date is over now. How about I let you rest? You'll be meeting God soon anyway!" I pulled out a syringe from my handbag.

"Argh!!"

I stabbed it roughly into his neck, drawing blood.

I chuckled as I watched his body go limp, unconscious.

---

The terrorist hideout that Amir was supposed to lead was now in my sight.

"What are you doing here? I haven't seen you in ages. I thought you quit since you're all happy now," Rayqal smirked.

"I should be asking you that. What are you still doing here? Didn't you say your dad was coming back? So why are you still hanging around?" I asked harshly. Earlier, he was acting like he couldn't leave.

"Oh, hehe, about that..." Rayqal scratched his head awkwardly.

"Brother!"

"Reena, what are you doing here? Your dad—" Reena scratched her head repeatedly, looking conflicted.

"Ehem… Should I say it or not?" she mumbled.

"Just say it already! It's probably too late anyway!" Rayqal nudged his sister. Reena nodded hesitantly.

"Okay… Actually, our dad isn't coming back. We had to lie because—"

"Because what?!!" My anger flared. I felt like I was being played!

"Be-because Am... I mean, Chan told us to." Rayqal's voice dropped.

"So, all of this was his doing?! The reason I got caught for khalwat was because of him?!" My breath was ragged with fury.

(Khalwat: An Islamic term for being alone with an unrelated person of the opposite gender, often implying a moral or legal offense.)

"Yes and no."

"What do you mean?!" My eyes burned as I glared at them.

"Chan ordered someone else to call the religious office to report you." Reena's explanation fueled my anger further.

"Arghh, you're all useless!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. If I had my way, I'd kill them right now—but no, I had something to take care of first.

To keep myself from murdering them on the spot, I stormed away, rage boiling inside me.

My feet led me to Amir's room.

I immediately approached the framed painting of lilies, which secretly concealed various weapons.

There was a password lock. But I had managed to catch a glimpse of the password Amir had entered before.

I keyed it in—but the lock didn't open.

"Damn it!!" I kicked the table, sending everything flying.

My eyes landed on a large metal bat that had fallen to the floor. An idea sparked in my mind.

I swung the bat repeatedly at the frame until it shattered.

CRASH!

A sinister smirk spread across my lips.

Inside, I found Amir's hidden treasures.

I never expected to see so much gold and diamonds, along with an arsenal of weapons.

But my eyes were drawn to the longest, most striking gun in the collection.

"Bullets made from frozen acid. Interesting." I chuckled and picked up the rifle.

BANG! BANG!

Two shots were fired at the plush cushion. Within seconds, it tore apart in a horrible mess.

Now, I had no reason to hold back my rage any longer.

With the rifle in my grip, I stepped out of Amir's room.

"Farah, what are you holding? Put it back!" Rayqal and Reena's faces had gone pale.

"Oh? Scared?" I sneered, pointing the rifle at them.

Suddenly, several men rushed toward me, ready to attack.

BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!

One by one, they collapsed, their stomachs torn open, blood pooling beneath them.

I grinned.

BANG! BANG!

I fired at Reena and Rayqal, but Rayqal managed to push his sister aside.

"Oh? Playing hero? Dying to save someone? No problem, let me help!"

I fired again.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

Rayqal dodged, but a bullet hit his leg and another grazed his shoulder.

"You can die slowly now. And next, your sister's turn!"

Rayqal collapsed, clutching his bleeding wounds.

Reena shook her head frantically before sprinting away.

"Help! Help!!" Her desperate screams rang out, snapping me back to the present. But I couldn't chase her—more terrorists were blocking my path, trying to stop me.

"Drop the rifle!!" one of them shouted.

I smirked.

"Oh? So brave. Why don't I help you meet God instead? You must be so eager to meet the Angel of Death."

They lunged at me all at once, but I was quicker.

BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!

Shot after shot rang out.

One by one, their heads burst open, leaving only lifeless bodies behind.

I strolled through the bloodbath, admiring the carnage I had created.

"I can't wait to see you, Amir." I laughed darkly, hugging the rifle close as I walked out.

"Ahh, I bet people will find tons of corpses tomorrow. You should all be at peace now—you'll finally be famous!" I chuckled, kicking one of the men whose skull had been obliterated.

Climbing into the luxury car, I smirked. Amir must be missing me by now.

I floored the gas pedal, the car speeding down the road at full throttle.

I whistled a cheerful tune, eyes fixed on the road ahead.

---

Meanwhile, Reena dragged her barely-conscious brother away from the massacre.

She caught a glimpse of Farah getting into the car, leaving in a hurry.

Tears streamed down her face as she sobbed against Rayqal's chest, his body weak and barely holding on.

"Reena…"

She looked up, eyes swollen from crying.

"Brother?"

"Make her pay for everything she's done." Rayqal wiped her tears away.

"What do you mean?"

"Bring her to justice. Make sure she receives the punishment she deserves," he said weakly.

Reena shook her head repeatedly.

"But, brother?"

"I'll be fine. You trust me, right? Call the police now and make sure she gets caught." Rayqal coughed harshly.

"You promised you wouldn't leave me, right?" Reena shook his shoulders gently.

"Yes, I promise. Trust me." Rayqal gripped Reena's hand tightly, giving her strength.

"But how do we know where she is now?" Reena asked, feeling lost. Her head felt like it was going to explode from thinking about it.

Rayqal's lips curved into a weak smile.

"The gun she was holding earlier has a tracker in it." His trembling hands pulled out his phone and pressed something.

"Use my phone to track her location." Reena took the phone from her brother.

Amir had placed a tracker inside the gun to check whether it remained at its original place or not. Only he and Alvin could track its location via phone since they were the only ones Amir trusted.

After searching for a while, a smile finally appeared on Reena's lips when she successfully detected Farah's location.

"Brother, I found her!" she exclaimed with slight excitement, hugging him tightly.

"Don't waste any more time. Go after her and catch her now." Rayqal occasionally winced from the pain in his shoulder and leg.

"But, brother—"

"Call Alvin and the others now. And get an ambulance here."

Reena nodded quickly before dialing the number.

"Now go. Don't worry about me, everything will be okay. Alvin should be here soon. Go now!" Rayqal pushed her slightly forward.

With teary eyes, Reena stood up and kissed her brother's cheek before running out of the place, her emotions all over the place.

"I hope you'll be safe. I won't forgive myself if anything happens to you." Reena wiped her tears and ran toward the police station.

*****

"Oh, my darling is awake. Did you miss me, hmm?" I kissed Amir's cheek gently, then burst into laughter.

The plastic chair he sat on was slowly pushed closer to the edge of the building. He squirmed in panic.

"Amir, I can't wait to see your body splattered down there. But since you're about to die… what if I give you a little break first?" He shook his head furiously, his hands struggling against the bindings.

"Did you know? I killed all your men at that place. Do you want to know what the most exciting part was?" My hand reached for the gun beside me.

Bang!!

I shot his right leg and laughed loudly.

"Arghh!!!" His scream was deafening, filling me with satisfaction.

"I took the most dangerous gun there. Remember the necklace you gave me that day? I still wear it, you know—because at the time, it was Chan who gave it to me. But now..."

I swept my loose hair aside before unclasping the necklace around my neck.

"But now, you're the one who has to wear it. Consider it a farewell gift from me before we part forever." I put the star-shaped necklace around his bloodstained neck.

"Ta-da! Now you're Farah!" I laughed joyfully, clapping my hands.

"For the last time, I beg you—wake up. One day, you'll regret this," Amir said weakly, tears streaming down his face—tears of blood.

"Regret? I don't think so!" I smirked, stomping on his already wounded leg.

"Erghh… Farah, I love you. So much." His breath grew weaker from the pain.

"Okay, well… I do love myself too." I cracked my knuckles.

"You know, the other day, I went out with Rayqal and Alvin for some fun. Do you know what I loved the most? Using people as punching bags!" I grinned meaningfully.

Amir remained silent, only weak breaths escaping his lips.

"What if you become my punching bag?" I moved toward him.

Thud! Thud! Thud! Thud! Thud!

"This is so fun! The more I punch, the more blood comes out!" I clenched my fist before kicking the chair he sat on with full force.

Crack!!

The chair plummeted down with his bound body.

"Bye-bye, love! Say hi to God for me!" I laughed hysterically, waving at him.

Boom!!!!

Finally, he crashed onto the ground, his body shattered into pieces. Who would've thought—he finally died!

I stared down at his mangled corpse for a long time.

"You're finally dead..."

My eyes landed on his gun.

"This gun is useless now since you're gone too!" I threw the gun down.

Boom!!

The gun exploded upon impact.

I smirked, but suddenly, my eyes filled with tears.

"Police! Don't move!!!"

I jolted, looking toward the elevator and up above. Police officers stood before me, while helicopters hovered overhead, guns pointed straight at me.

"You're all too late. That bastard is dead, hahaha!!" I laughed, tilting my head smugly.

"Cooperate and come with us now."

I crossed my arms and shook my head.

"What if I don't want to?"

Just then, Reena stepped forward with a faint smile.

"Oh wow, so this was your doing? I didn't expect this!" I clapped mockingly.

Reena bit her lip and signaled the officers to lower their weapons.

"Why stop them? Just let them shoot me!"

She only shook her head and walked toward me.

"Farah, I know this isn't really you," she said gently, stepping closer.

"Who the hell are you to say that?!" I screamed furiously.

Reena simply smiled.

"I know you actually loved Amir."

I shook my head violently, grabbing my hair in frustration.

"You regret killing him, don't you?"

I lunged at her, shoving her.

"Shut up!!"

"I'm not asking for much, Farah. Just cooperate. Surrender to the police properly."

I grew even angrier and attacked her, throwing punches and kicks. But suddenly—

Bang!!

A bullet pierced my shoulder, fired by one of the officers.

"Surrender, or you'll die right here," Reena's words suddenly made me smirk.

With my bleeding shoulder, I slowly walked toward the edge of the building.

"No, I choose the third option—death on my own terms."

And with that, I leaped off the tower.

"Farah!!!"

I closed my eyes tightly.

It's better to die by my own hand than to be killed by those unworthy of it!

Boom!!!

I crashed into the ground.

Lying beside Amir's shattered body, I stared at him.

Pain engulfed me entirely, as if all my organs had been crushed. If this was truly my end, I would accept it. Because I get to die with you, Amir.

For a moment, I swore I saw Amir standing there, smiling at me.

I smiled back.

And with unbearable pain… slowly… my eyes shut forever.

The end..
