Same old same old waking through the halls of highschool this honestly fucking sucks it's not even the classwork and the outdated curriculum that bother me its the people everyone here is obsessed with being so popular honestly I don't get it I was pulled out of my thoughts when Kyler the "bully" of the school shoved me up against a lock locker and walked away while laughing with his friends "what up book nerd" he said mockingly as he high fived his friend brucks.
I walked away rubbing my rib he slammed into "Fucking asshole" I mutter under my breath honestly I hated it here I think I'd prefer to be sleeping under a bridge right now then deal with these idiots.
Luckily the day passed quickly and now I was leaving you'd think haveing a rich mom would mean having a car or at least a driver and well we do thing is they tend to forget about me 99% of the time just like today I already see my brother and the driver leaving "again" I said not one bit surprised.

I could have just gone home walking or called an Uber like I usually do but I just didn't feel like going home right now so I was just wondering around it was night time already and I decided to pass by the Reseda plaza for a drink "hola" I said quickly to the man in the front
I was grabbing a coke when I saw Tyler and his gang walk in and head straight to the beer now I knew they were underage but was I going to do something about it no but this skinny Hispanic kid probably didn't get the memo so right as Kyler was about to pay "hey aren't you guys in highschool"he said before realizing his mistake.
But it was too by then as the guy refused to sell now and Kyler was pissed as he shoved the kid out of the store I wanted nothing to do with this so I went to pay and leave but of course Murphy law loved me so much because just as I'm about to to leave some old white guy kicks brucks into me spilling my cock all over him "oh your so dead book nerd"he said before clocking me in the face.
I definitely felt that but he wasn't done with me I saw he was going for another ouch as I barely managed to Dodge to the side 'look I don't want any problem' I said trying my best to leave but he was not giving me a chance.
before I could dodge again he screams and body slams me to the ground pressing all his weight apon me I struggled for a moment feeling the air being pushed out of my lungs before I curled up into a ball and with a quick burst of energy I kicked bricks away making him slam into a a trash bin making it spill it's contents which unsurprisingly he fell into it.
'oh your so dead now my father got me this jacket' he scream as he got up I looked confused for a moment 'you have a dad' I nearly manger to say before he changed at me again this time I manger to hold my ground but I was losing that very quickly.
Without thinking this though I reeled my head back and headbutted brucks nose breaking it as we both feel to the floor with a groan "fuuuuck they make it look so cool in movies' I was clutching my forehead in pain but I got off easy as brucks nose was shatter to say the least bleeding all over the floor and staining his shirt with his blood.
Before I could do anything else I heard sirens blaring from down the street so before I even could think my legs were already booking it away from the scene the last thing I needed was another reason for my mom to berate me and tell me why I wasn't as good as my brother.
I manger to make it home it was now around ten and the light in the house were mostly off I didn't want to bother with coming though the front so I used the latter I kept neat my balcony and climbed onto it useing the hidden key to unlock my balcony door and enter my room it was pretty plan all things considered no poster, no figures, no anything, just a bed and a shelf with some horror novels.
I showered quickly and fell onto my bed exhausted I rubbed my swelling forehead with a sigh never have I've been so glad that my hair was long enough to covered my face I pushed those thoughts out of my mind as I fell asleep
The next morning came as it was the same old mom was already gone my brother already left with the driver and I was all alone again I just made myself some toast and left the house walking to school again and it was like any other day but at least this time there was no Kyler and his gang that drunken man must have done some real damage if they weren't here.
The day ended like usually as I walked around Reseda when I heard a voice call out to me 'hey it's you' I turned around to see the skinny Hispanic kid from yesterday hmph small world 'can I help you' I asked about impatient not really in the mood to deal with anyone
I guess he either didn't notice my attitude or just didn't care 'i saw how you fought yesterday especially that headbutt so badass dude'he looked so excited while talking to me my reclusive nature wanted me to run away but from my better judgement I didn't
'sorry to hurt your bubble but it wasn't badass it was dumb and now I have a massive headache' I saw his smile falter for a moment before he went back to rambling
'yeah I guess I mean it did look like it hurt a lot with the way you were clutching your head I was surprised that you even got up and ran as fast as you did' he continued to walked along side me honestly this conversation was draining my social battery so quickly it physically sucked but I pushed on not wanting to be rude to this dude
"Sorry to cut you off what's your name I don't think we ever introduced ourself I'm Brandon by the way" I stuck my hand out for a shake very reluctantly
"Miguel so are you from this area" he asked as I walked along side him "no I live in the valley" sighing as I waited for his reaction "wow really wait for that mean you like stupid rich" his face was wife with astonishment
"Well more so my mom is stupid rich I just happen to benefit from it" I sighed not really putting much importance on my family wealth while it was true I didn't have to worry about money in reality only my brother truly benefitted from our mother wealth having full access to it
Miguel just hummed along side me as silence fell between us I had no clue where we were going honestly I was just following him as we made it to a apartment complex in Reseda Heights he saw a trash bag outside and went to throw it away that's when a deshaivled blonde man appeared
"Are you sure you're ready? Cause once you go down this path, there's no turning back" I was super confused what the hell was happening
"Are you going to be my karate teacher" Miguel seemed so eager for this "no I'm going to be your sensei" I felt like this was a private moment and wanted to walk away when his eyes landed on me
"And you too I saw you kicking that fat kids ass the other night you got some fire in you so what do you say want to learn art of the first the only way to live Cobra kai" I should definitely say no I mean only a dumbass would fall for that type of pitch
"I'm in" well I just happen to be that type of dumbass
