The Scarlet Witch, Wanda, had been in the Main God Space for over six months.
When she first arrived, all she wanted was to escape. But over time, she began to understand the mechanics and structure of the space—how it worked, what governed it, and the layers of hidden information scattered throughout.
What truly changed everything for her, though, was the discovery that the Main God Space had the ability to resurrect the dead. As long as one could earn enough points, it was possible to bring back someone who had died.
This revelation was a gift from the heavens to Wanda.
Because deep in her heart, there were two regrets she could never let go of: the loss of her younger brother, Quicksilver, and the death of her lover, Vision.
After learning that resurrection was possible, Wanda had no desire to leave. She fully committed herself to the system, becoming a Taskmaster of sorts—completing missions obsessively, relentlessly, all to earn enough points to bring back Vision and Quicksilver.
She abandoned any remnants of her former self. Now, she took on every mission the Main God Space issued with near-fanatical devotion—because those missions meant points, and points meant resurrection.
Through countless missions, Wanda crossed into one world after another.
These were not just alternate realities within the Marvel multiverse. These were entire self-contained universes—with unique rules, civilizations, magic systems, and stories. Each one vivid and real.
It shattered Wanda's understanding of the cosmos. She came to realize that her world—Earth-616—was only a small corner in an unimaginably vast sea of realities.
There was a world themed entirely around gourmet cuisine, called Toriko. There, she encountered strange creatures and "Gourmet Cells" that allowed beings to grow stronger by consuming rare, high-energy foods.
She found herself in the Hunter x Hunter universe, a society where everyone aspired to become Hunters—some chased treasure, others chased culinary wonders. Their ability to use "Nen" fascinated her, especially its telepathic aspects.
She also entered the world of One Piece, a world of oceans and pirates. The World Government in that universe reminded her eerily of the federal bureaucracy in her own. She despised it on sight—and, in the end, she obliterated the entire world without remorse.
She traveled to the magical realms of Harry Potter and Fairy Tail. Though full of wonder and magical arts, she considered their magic to be parlor tricks—entertaining, but inferior to the raw might of her chaos magic. The only thing that piqued her interest was Voldemort's resurrection technique. But when she discovered it was nothing more than smoke and mirrors, she eradicated it without hesitation.
Of all these countless worlds, the one that left the deepest impression on Wanda was a ninja world—Naruto.
There, amid blades, chakra, and silent assassinations, she encountered a soul who echoed her own path.
His name was Uchiha Obito.
Once a passionate, hopeful young man, Obito had been shattered by the death of the one he loved—a tragedy orchestrated through manipulation and betrayal. That pain transformed him, setting him on a dark path: he would challenge the world itself to resurrect the woman he lost.
His grief mirrored Wanda's.
Their stories were like reflections of each other—two broken souls who bore the crushing burden of love lost. Both were willing to burn the world down if it meant bringing their beloved back.
When Wanda learned Obito's full story, she whispered to herself, "I'm not alone after all. In this endless multiverse, there are others like me."
The bond she felt with Obito strengthened her resolve. She realized her struggle was not a solitary war—but one waged by others, across realities, who shared her pain.
Had the Main God Space not enforced such strict mission rules, she would have fought at Obito's side. She would have gladly joined him, two souls defying fate together.
But destiny is cruel.
Though Obito gave everything—even his own identity—he failed to overcome the inner torment and outer chains that bound him. In the end, he was brought down not by power, but by the quiet pull of the past.
Wanda never saw him again.
Later, she encountered Uchiha Madara and Uchiha Itachi, the latter having become Hokage in his world. But Obito... he was gone.
Since that day, Wanda had buried her curiosity and focused solely on completing quests.
No more distractions. No more wonder. Only one goal remained: revive Vision.
One mission at a time. No matter the price.
Recently, Wanda had just completed another brutal mission. She returned to the Main God Space and entered the central square.
"Come take a look! The T-Virus from the Resident Evil world—only 1,000 points and a D-level plot shard! Miss this, and you'll never get another chance!" one reincarnator shouted, holding up a vial of glowing green fluid.
Nearby, another hawker yelled, "My brother-in-law ran off with his mistress, so I'm clearing out my inventory! Genuine Sharingan from the Naruto world—buy one, get one free! Crying while I sell it! Absolutely authentic!"
Both stalls were crowded with buyers and curious onlookers.
But the moment Wanda stepped into the square, it was like someone hit mute.
The noise vanished.
All conversations, all shouting, all laughter... silenced.
The boisterous reincarnators froze, their faces draining of color the instant they laid eyes on her.
They didn't dare speak. Didn't even dare to breathe loudly.
Wanda barely noticed. She was used to this now.
Unbothered by their fear, she made her way straight to the mission disc at the square's center.
She had only one purpose: find missions with high rewards and brutal difficulty—ones that would speed her progress toward Vision's resurrection.
It wasn't until she was gone that the square began to recover its noise and energy.
A newly arrived reincarnator turned to a veteran nearby and asked, "Who was that woman? Why did everyone go silent? It's just a woman—what's there to be afraid of?"
The senior reincarnator checked the crowd, then leaned in and whispered, "Kid, here's a tip—there are people in this space you never mess with. And that woman? She's top of the list."
"They call her Nun Miejue—a demon in nun's robes. Her methods are twisted, merciless. You piss off someone else, maybe you live. You piss her off? You'll pray for death."
The newcomer frowned. "But this is a public area, right? She can't hurt anyone here."
The veteran shook his head slowly, sighing like someone already attending a funeral.
"She can't kill you here, sure. But once you're on a mission? Out in the field? No one's coming to save you. And she's got more tricks than you can imagine. You'll never even see it coming."
With that, the old reincarnator quickly packed up and disappeared into the crowd—putting as much distance as possible between himself and the rookie idiot who had just poked the metaphorical bear.
Wanda never heard this conversation. Even if she had, she wouldn't have cared.
If someone annoyed her, she'd just kill them.
Simple as that.
She browsed the disc for a long time, scanning high-difficulty missions with cold, precise focus.
But nothing satisfied her. No task offered enough points to make a difference.
Then, the atmosphere of the entire Main God Space changed.
Without warning, the sterile white space turned blood red—like twilight sinking into a battlefield.
It was eerie. Cold. Unnatural.
And then it came.
A shrill, inhuman scream tore through the air—high-pitched and layered with static. It sounded both impossibly far and terrifyingly close, like a scream from the void outside reality.
Every reincarnator froze.
Whether they were shopping, sparring, or meditating, all heads turned upward—toward the blood-colored sky.
They didn't speak.
Their eyes were filled with awe, fear... and something deeper: anticipation.
Everyone in this space understood—when visions like this appeared, they meant one of two things:
A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Or a threat that could end you.
In the silence, a glowing stream of data appeared in the consciousness of every single reincarnator. A new mission.
One no one expected.
[World: Marvel Multiverse]
[Main Mission: Find Alex Ray]
[Side Quest: Slaughter Hell's Kitchen]
And just like that, the hunt began.
