The light was off — Anthony never liked them. Only the soft glow of moonlight through the open window bathed us.
I sat on his lap, cradling him as he sat on the bed. His hands roamed my thigh, and we fell into an intense kiss — neither of us knowing how to pull away.
"I'm taking this off," I whispered, my fingers finding his buttons.
Anthony didn't stop me. He just watched, amused, his eyes dark with heat.
Finally, I undid the last button, my gaze drawn to his abs.
Heavens. My breath hitched.
"You should touch it," he said, a tug of amusement in his voice.
I gulped but let my hand glide over the smoothness of his skin, tracing the lines of his abs. Gently, I pushed his shirt from his shoulders until he sat bare before me.
Anthony shifted, pressing my chest against his, his heat searing through me. His eyes locked on my lips, and he leaned in — but I stopped him, my hands resting on his chest.
