After Damian finished his 'food' he caressed her neck where the wound was,now healed,for some moments and then he stood up
Natalie who was still half in the water,seeing his body,she blushed,after that she got out of the water fast,walking somewhere
After a few moments,she came back with a towel and she wiped the water from him

Damian was walking back to his room after he got his body dried
Natalie was right behind,following him
When he went back in his room,the room was set,all the servants waiting for him in line,everything was ready
"Your highness, what do you wish to wear today?"
Asked an older voice,his butler,Brahm
"Brahm,something with black and white colour would do good"Said Damian
"As you wish your highness"
Responded the butler bowing,after that he went to one of Damian's closets and he choose one costume from the many that were in the closet
It was a black costume with gray fur around the neck, white silk in places, and a cape that fell from the shoulders
Brahm brought the clothes
Natalie took them and began to put them on him along with the other maids
After few minutes,they finished and stepped behind him
"Tap,Tap"
Damian went to the mirror
"Good,its perfect"
He said
The costume fit him perfectly, the fur along with the black hair that reached his waist and the cape that fell from his shoulders to his feet satisfied him
"Pour me a glass"
"As you wish,your highness"Responded Brahm and then he took a glass and the jar that was right in front of Damian and poured in it some whisky
He bowed and offered him the glass
Damian without saying anything took the glass
"Gulp" He drank it in one gulp
"Let's go" He said and he went towards the door
Brahm opened the door for him and Damian stepped outside,with the servants behind him
"How is the party?"He asked Brahm
"Everyone is waiting for your highness and their majestyes"
"They seem very excited to meet you"
"Of course they are excited,hahaha"
"But how many of them they are good and how many have hidden intentions?"Said this time smiling peaceful
"Anyway,what kind of guests we will see today?I have heard about some of them but not all"
"Someone with who your highness have some conection will show up tonight"Brahm told him,while frowning a bit
"Oh?"Damian reactioned while raising his brows,making a curious face
"Who is that?"
"Ictus Lucian"
He stopped walking for a moment then he walked again while saying
"I have a feeling this party will be very entertaining"He said making a little smirk
"Where are my parents?"
"I don't know your highness"
"Hmm"
"I understand"
'They won't attend this party'
'I guess i will see them after everything is over'
While Damian was thinking about his parents,he heard some steps getting closer

Then he arrived in front of him and he kneeled with a knee,the head down and the left hand on his heart
"Your highness"
Seeing this,Damian became more happy than before
"Rise,you don't need to kneel,Sirius!"He said and he took his arm to help him rise
"Thank you, your highness"Said Sirius and he stood up while bowing slightly with only his head
"You are here to accompany me,right?"
"Yes, tonight i will be with you the whole time,your highness"
Then Damian smiled and said
"Follow me,then"
"As you wish,your highness"
Then they went together towards the party that was in the grand hall

It was a lively atmosphere, vampires of all ages, here and there,talking about womens, politics,the war,drinking
The hall is very big,so big that it could fit tens of thousands of people
In the middle was a big space for people to dance,tables and chairs everywhere with everything you need on them,somewhere on the right side was a big balcony but no one there

People were curious what kind of man he is,what kind of vampire will lead them in the future
All the great houses were here today,only for him
While people were still doing their things,two guards from outside the doors,opened the doors full and then silence followed
Everyone stopped doing their things,they knelt and they paid attention fully

They heard the steps,some of them stopped breathing,some felt their hearts beating faster
"Tap" The steps were getting closer until he appeared
Some were stunned by his beauty and they forgot to breath entirely,some were asking themselves if he is really a vampire and not some other creature,his aura,his beauty,he was in a class of his own
'Soo handsome' Thought a lady
Another woman made a mistake and said with dreamy eyes
"He is so beautiful,i want him!"
Damian heard her and it made him grin,even tough it was something that he should punish her for,he did not want
The woman next to her said while hitting her slightly with the shoulder
"As if he would look at you, you're too ugly"Making a disgusted face
Then they started fighting
Some of the men around them,got between,to stop them fighting
One of those men burst out and said
"You fools in heat,are you crazy?"
"How dare you fight in his highness presence?"
Realizing the mistake they made,they got afraid and kneeled fast,after, they said
"Please,forgive us your highness"
"Hahaha"
Damian began to laugh and everyone was wondering why he is laughing,while the two women got scared so much that they felt their souls leaving them
"Its okay,that was so funny"
"Hahaha"
Then he stopped laughing and he said with a calm face
"Don't do that again"
"Yes,your highness"They responded
"Now,stand up, make yourselves comfortable and go back to the things you did before i came"
He said and everyone stood up, they half bowed with a hand to their heart and responded
"Yes,your highness"
Everyone scattered
"Bring me some whyskey to balcony"
"As you wish"
Answered Brahm and he left
Damian went to balcony
There were some round tables before the edge of the balcony
He stood before one,he leaned with the arms on the edge,watching the scenery before him
It was a full moon one the sky and together with the garden in front of him,it made him feel very calm and refreshed
"Here your highness" Brahm bowed and offered the glass
Damian took it,took a gulp and he said pleased
"Thank you"
Brahm smiled and he said
"Please don't thank me,your highness, its my pleasure"
"Something is missing"Felt Damian
Then Brahm pulled a metal box from the inside pocket of his suit
He opened it and stretched out his hands to offer it to Damian
"Here"
Damian seeing what it was,made him smiling then he took a cigarette from the pack and he put it on his lips
Brahm took a lighter from his pocket and fired Damian's cigarette
He took a smoke and let it out after a moment
"Phoo"
"Its better now"
He said before taking a sip from his glass,he continued to smoke while looking out at the scenery from the balcony,his eyes shining brighter and more intense,now.
