Karl was about to choke Elena's mouth. He saw Pierre suddenly stood up.
"You still have strength left," Karl said, throwing Elena away. Karl walked to Pierre and was about to punch him. Pierre blocked Karl's punch, kick, and every one of Karl's movements was perfectly blocked.
"What is going on?" Karl was surprised. He stared at Pierre, and blood stopped, wounds were healed, broken limbs were recovered. "What the f***," Karl scolded me. Pierre's reflex was matched with Karl's. He gained his regeneration as well.
"There are five quantum parallel chips," Pierre began.
"Yeah, three were with FRI, one was with me, and one was missing," Karl said,
"Do you want to know where the missing one is?" Pierre said.
"Who cares?" Karl replied with a quick kick and punch. Pierre guarded them all.
"Let me tell you before you die," Pierre said. "Such a talkative person for people who are dying". Karl pulls his punch. Suddenly, his punch became slower, like he had no strength left. He tried to pull his leg to kick Pierre, but nothing happened.
"Every human muscle movement occurs from several synapses. Your brain or your thinking sent a signal, electrical or chemical, to your limb," Pierre explained calmly.
"If everything was blocked, then nothing would happen," Pierre said.
"Such a big mouth," Karl said.
"I have no intention to explain to you, so goodbye," Pierre said. After that, Karl's body was still, no movement, only heartbeat, as if he was petrified.
"I have an idea to use you, so just stay still and wait, although you don't hear me anymore," Pierre said. His whole body was recovered. Then walk to where Elena lay, tears covered her face.
While Pierre's consciousness was about to faint, the quantum chip implanted in his brain by his father started to work without Pierre's explicit control. Because those chips are a quantum device, the entanglement between them was strong. His chip copied the algorithm from Karl's chip and implemented it into Pierre's brain. Start his regeneration, improve his reflexes, and boost his speed. Pierre did not control it, just like the chip's response to his will. Usually, Pierre will control it via his watch to adjust the hormone balance, brain function and stabilize them. This was the first time he did not control the chip.
Elena remained unconscious. He looked at Karl, who was petrified. He took out the chip from the back of Kar's head. Then attached the chip to Elena. He ordered his brain to control the chip on Elena. Start the recovery process, adjusting the hormone balances, it was not so efficient as Elena's condition was worse. She had small supplying energy left, forcing synthesize more hormones or regeneration would cause more damage. She needed proper treatment. Pierre called for an ambulance.
This will take a while. Elena's consciousness returned; she barely spoke, "Pete…" Elena called Pierre,
"I am here, Elle." Pierre called her. Elena used her strength to lift her hand, touch Pierre's face, and wrap his neck.
"Hang in there, Elle, I will save you," Pierre said, face covered in tears. Her condition was the worst, taking multiple PX pills, overcoming the effects on her own, and the level of stress was too high. Her body barely handles it - Pierre thinks. Pierre tried to balance her body function, without causing more damage, starting from the breakdown of her cortisol, which will give her some energy, then synthesizing epinephrine to boost her body function and strength. Her body state began to stabilize, but overall in a danger zone. The ambulance came, and Elena was inside with Pierre.

After the call with the minister, Freja came back to her house. It was a mess. Several guards were beaten down, maids, butlers, were all on the floor.
"That man did all of this?" Freja murmured, Unbelievable. She did not want to believe that Pierre could do all of this mess by himself. She looked for her son. He was not in his room, nor anywhere else. She then looked for him in Elena's bedroom. The door was destroyed. Inside, blood was seen. She looked further and finally saw her son. She smiled as she was safe. But she had to stop her smile because her son showed no response. She checked his heartbeat, still pulsing at a normal pace. But his body did not respond to anything, completely paralyzed. She called his name, but no reply.
Freja began to cry. It's that man's fault – Freja thought, with a grudge. She looked over, but Pierre was nowhere to be found.
While she was touching her son's body, checking for his condition, suddenly, her son grabbed her hands, restrained both of them. His strength overpowered her. It broke her wrists. Freja screamed out of pain. She looked at her son; he was still unconscious. He did everything just like it was a reflex or programmed. What's happening – Freja did not know. The unconscious Karl later pushed his mother against the wall. He took out the PX-7 pill; no word from him, everything he did was programmed. He fed the pill to his mother's mouth and forced her to swallow. Freja knew the drug well; she used it when she got rid of her depression. She knew what would happen if she swallowed it. But Freja could not resist her son's strength. She swallowed. Karl started to tear off Freja's clothes, her naked body exposed. Karl showed no hesitation; only his body responded by instinct. He roamed over Freja's body, merciless, as he did with Elena, or worse than that. Freja lost her brain as her body responded strongly to the arousal from Karl. But her mind tried to resist this taboo. She could not speak properly, only moaning from Karl's arousal. Her mind and her mouth spoke differently. Karl then tortured her in many postures. It was the next day before some officers came to check Feta's house. They found Karl was still on duty with Freja. But Freja's expression was completely transformed, red marks, blood, and white fluid covered all over her strengthless body, just like what Karl did to Elena.

Almost thirty minutes had passed, and the doctor came out of the operating room. His face was serious.
"We stopped all bleeding, cleaned all wounds, and her physical condition was stable," the doctor said.
"But her mental condition was damaged very heavily," he added. "Brain tissues were destroyed due to cortisol's exposure in a short period, I don't know, this is the first case I have seen a case with this high level of cortisol," he continued. "For now, her consciousness is back under the influence of hormone therapy," he continued.
"If you want to tell her anything, this could be the time, I moved her to the patient's room, "I am sorry", the doctor said and walked away.
"No!! There must be something else you can do, give her more epinephrine, dopamine, serotonin, this…this will help her gain her mind back." Pierre talked quickly to the doctor. "Focus, Pierre, you are not dumb," the doctor said intensely.
"You have not tried it yet, just give her a chance, I have the quantum chip, we can order her brain or her body to self-recovery right" Pierre still did not back down.
"Pierre! Her brain was dead. I have read your article on self-recovery. Do you think her condition right now is possible?" the doctor scolded him.
No words from Pierre. I know – Pierre thought.
"Do I have to tell you, her backup part was even destroyed. Even if we managed to recover her by using those small fragments, are you certain she will be back to normal?" the doctor yelled at him, trying to bring Pierre back.
"If you have that much time arguing with me, why don't you go and argue with her?" the doctor said and walked away.
He was right – Pierre walked to the patient's room where Elena sat on her patient's bed. Pierre was struggling at the door, but Elena saw him.
"Why were you standing there, Pierre?" Elena spoke to him, softly, sweetly, just like what Pierre used to hear.
"Hey, Elle," Pierre doesn't know what to say. Elena laughed a little over Pierre struggling.
"Finally, you called me Elle," Elena teased him.
"Well, it's just your name is too long," Pierre said, hesitating.
Elena still laughed at him. "Come closer, I want to feel your warmth again." Pierre walked close to her bed and sat beside her.
"I am here, Elle," he said. Elena leaned over his shoulder, her hands touching around his body, and smiled.
"Did you kill my father?" was a simple question from Elena that was enough to pierce through Pierre.
"Yes, I did," he said boldly. No expressions from Elena.
Pierre expected she would be very angry or grudge against him, curse him, but nothing came out of her. "As expected from you," Elena spoke slowly.
"You knew before?" Pierre asked.
"Just a girl's sixth sense, the more time I have spent with you, the more I know you were hiding something that you did not want to reveal, so I don't want to know it either," Elena spoke.
Pierre was crying, and Elena tried to wipe his tears. "This is unlike you, Pete," Elena said.
It just made Pierre cry out more.
"If it's now, will you tell me the truth?" Elena asked him, calmly.
Pierre took a deep breath, arranging his mind and thoughts, making them concise and short, not to waste time.
"Your father and his team killed my parents," he said. No surprise from Elena,
"I guess so."
It was Pierre who was surprised by Elena's calmness.
"You are not hating me?" Pierre asked.
"Pete!" Elena tightened her voice, and she got a cough.
Pierre gave her a nearby glass of water. "I am sorry" Pierre apologized.
"To be honest, I felt anger and hurt so much," Elena said, "If I were you, I might want to avenge those who killed my parents as well." Elena said, "That's why, I think you might feel the same, you must have your reason to do so. That's Pierre, I knew" Elena said. She started to cough more, blood spill. Pierre tried to wipe.
"You really see through me, Elle." Pierre smiled at her, patting her.
"I have not met anyone like you before," Pierre said. Elena laughed.
"I miss you so much, Pete," Elena spoke softly, sweetly, with happiness. Pierre was stunned by her words. "I wish I could have more time, there are still many things I wanted to do" Elena spoke, her voice getting lighter.
"I wanted to apologize to Dianne; the three of us haven't seen the sunset together as promised yet. I want to see you and Dianne, too," Elena said.
"Yeah, Elle, I will call her right now. Let's go and see it together," Pierre said, trying to hold his cry, stabilize his voice.
"I am not a fool, Pete," Elena said.
"I am getting tired" Elena spoke, her voice nearly faint, eyes nearly closed.
"Stay with me," She said. Pierre gently kisses Elena.
"I love you, Elle" Pierre said boldly, certainly.
"I love you too," Elena replied.
Her expression was full of happiness, big smile. Not long after, they were watching the view of Granitz through the window. The monitor reads no pulse. Pierre cannot hold his tears anymore.
"Pierre..."
"I love you, Elle, Elena, I love you so much," he screamed, while Elena's breathless body leaned over his shoulder.
"Goodbye, Elena" – A final word from Pierre Therma to Elena Ornstein.
