Chapter 6 - chapter six

Lemru

Lemru is a mountainous country with larger sedimentary rocks and minimal forest area.Cattle rearing and agriculture serves as the primary source of income for the people.

The people of Lemru worship nature, holding the sun and water in high esteem as sacred elements essential to life.

They offer prayer and offerings to the sun god.

A seven days festival is held annually to thank god for the well being of the people and their prosperity.

For seven days, the people would fast, dance, and offer grain, milk, and prayers to the Sun God, thanking him for warmth and crops, and begging his mercy for the coming freeze.

The kingdom is ruled by King Qin Song and his queen, Wu Shi. They have three sons and two daughters.

The mountains contain a large amount of coal, which, if extracted, could be used as a more efficient source of heat compared to wood during the winter. Coal provides greater heat output and lasts longer, making it more suitable for extremely cold conditions. Surviving the harsh winters with only wood is very difficult. Therefore, coal extraction could significantly reduce hardships and improve living conditions in the region.

If Fu Zhou could attend the court and make the proposal of the coal deposits in their country and make them sign the agreement it would be beneficial to both the countries.

Lin Zhen and Fu Zhou intend to send a letter to the king about their new discovery of the coal deposits In the Lemru.

And the benefits that can be obtained and seek the king's approval in carrying out the proposal for making them agree with coal extraction.

The tribal people occupy the forest area so the vegetation is only in the plain land where the people cultivate the crops and grains for their food.

The winters are freezing and people stay indoors for months.

Lin Zinfen was looking for many ways to endure the freezing winter, since staying indoors would affect the income of the nation.

Fu Zhou and Lin Zhen need to make the king agree to their proposal only then they could proceed with their plan.

Lemru does not have money or any other resources through which they can extract the coal. So, Lemru can only depend on other nation for extraction.

Lemru only have the raw materials not resources for the extraction.

They both need to convince the king and provide him more details and the benefits about the coal extraction and deals through which they will have upper hand in the investment.

Fu zhou can help both parties gain by buying coal and also help Lin zhen in his future plans.

Lemru is also in dire need of coal since its economic condition is poor and the extraction of coal can really be helpful in improving the living condition and the wealth of the country.

Their basic needs are barely met, only through cattle rearing some revenue gained.

This led to the instability of the people and led to the rise of the riots, imbalance and unrest among the people.

The forest area is controlled by the tribal people and the wood supply is scarce, in Lemru, the winter is really harsh.

Lemru's king will definitely agree to the coal extraction since it is high beneficial to the people and economical the country can improve due to it.

It can make deals with various kingdom and gain benefits from them.

But there is also major problem which needed to be resolved first.

The tribal people dwelling area ,if intruded there will be unrest and lot of problems will definitely rise, leading to chaos.

Lin Zifen would definitely not agree if the progress is delayed or if there is any hindrance.

In any way,no one would agree to a loss, that too, to solve the internal conflicts and provide resources for extraction and get a mearge amount of coal,at the cost of time, labour and money.

Convincing the king would be laborious for both of them.

The situation is compelling and resolving it seems time consuming.

Lin Zhen needs to analyse the political situation and deal the intrusion in the border area subdue the unrest and also about the future plans of coal extraction.
