As the ashes dispersed, Hala watched, somewhat shocked, as the Psychic Barrier shattered before his eyes. But Gardevoir and Wigglytuff, who were behind the barrier, were virtually unharmed!
"Such defensive power is truly surprising," Hala exclaimed. Immediately afterward, he saw that the shards of the shattered Psychic Barrier were, at a wave of Gardevoir's hand, shot like bullets at Crabominable.
Crabominable was struck by one shard after another. Already exhausted from using all its strength, it couldn't put up any effective resistance. Its eyes rolled back, and Crabominable fell directly to the ground, losing its ability to battle.
On the other side, Wigglytuff seized the opportunity, landing a flurry of slaps that left Bewear's face swollen. The enraged Bewear directly flung Wigglytuff away.
However, the tide had already turned. Having dealt with Crabominable, Gardevoir redirected its attention to Bewear.
Teaming up with Wigglytuff, Bewear held out for less than two minutes before being blasted away by the combined Moonblast of the two Pokémon, losing its ability to battle.
Hala recalled his two Pokémon, bursting into laughter.
He didn't take his defeat to heart in the slightest.
Handing two Fighting Z-Crystals to Ace and Green, Hala declared the bonfire party officially started.
Ace and Green stored their Z-Crystals and stepped down from the celebration stage.
The bonfire party was nothing extravagant—just eating, drinking, and some local Alolan residents dancing an ancient traditional dance around the bonfire.
Ace and Green initially planned to find a quiet spot to enjoy the food, drinks, and the dance.
But before they could settle for a few minutes, they were grabbed by the hospitable Hala and dragged into the dancing crowd.
Mahalo Trail is a winding, rugged narrow path. Both sides are sheer cliffs, and the higher the cliff, the steeper it gets. Trees and shrubs grow in some places, and many rocks block the way. At certain spots, there are coarse statues, and at the end of the path, there are four statues facing the center.
Ace and Green were hosted by Hala for the night. The next day, after bidding farewell to Hala, the two prepared to head to the Ruins of Conflict.
Mahalo Trail is the only route leading to the Ruins of Conflict. Walking up the narrow path, they trekked the rugged trail for more than ten minutes before finally reaching the dilapidated suspension bridge leading to the Ruins of Conflict.
"Say, can this suspension bridge still be used?"
Green looked at the worn-out bridge, with holes here and missing planks there, feeling uneasy.

The moment Aerodactyl's roar dissipated, Tapu Koko arrived outside the ruins and saw the creature that had disturbed its peaceful sleep.
Seeing Tapu Koko appear, Ace's gaze subconsciously fell upon Tapu Koko's crest-like, highly-raised feathers.
"Snatching one shouldn't be a problem, right?"
Ace quietly thought to himself. But in the instant Ace was distracted by this thought, the space around him instantly transformed into an Electric Terrain.
The battle had instantly begun!
A dark gleam flashed in Tapu Koko's eyes, and its dark gaze instantly locked onto Aerodactyl. Following up with a Quick Attack, it instantly closed the distance between them.
"Hoo!"
Aerodactyl furiously flapped its wings, and the strong airflow whistled. Aerodactyl's speed, at this moment, instantly surpassed Tapu Koko's, and its body sharply soared toward the sky.
Fighting Tapu Koko in an Electric Terrain was clearly unwise. Aerodactyl needed to shift the battlefield to the sky, where it was more proficient, to gain a field advantage!
Seeing Aerodactyl evade its attack, Tapu Koko changed direction and chased after Aerodactyl. At the same time, it aimed its right arm at Aerodactyl, and a bolt of lightning quickly shot toward the Flying-type Pokémon.

Seeing the Dark Pulse was ineffective, Aerodactyl curled its wings, and endless strong winds instantly swirled around it.
Stripped of its Rock typing Aerodactyl's movement was more agile. Carrying the fierce winds, Aerodactyl rapidly charged and smashed into Tapu Koko.
Tapu Koko showed no intention of dodging. Instead, it forcefully pressed its hands down. In an instant, countless energy burst forth from the entire Melemele Island, converging upon Tapu Koko's body.
As Tapu Koko punched, a beam of energy violently blasted toward Aerodactyl!
"Boom!"
In a flash, the gale collided with the energy beam, resulting in a fierce explosion. The energy defeated the strong winds, and the shockwave rampaged outwards.
Even from a great distance, Ace and Green could feel the wind pressure hitting them.
But just as Tapu Koko thought it had defeated its opponent, Aerodactyl, amidst the swirling winds, suddenly shot upward, immediately followed by a dive straight down toward Tapu Koko.
Looking at the charging Aerodactyl, Tapu Koko's pupils contracted. Extending its hands, a Thunderbolt shot toward Aerodactyl.
"Thud!"
With a muffled sound, the electrical current pierced the gale and directly struck Aerodactyl's body.
Electricity rampaged, and Aerodactyl's expression was strained, but it did not stop its offense in the slightest.
Fighting through the electrical current, Aerodactyl, carrying the strong winds, fiercely crashed into Tapu Koko.
The next moment, the gale that had enveloped Aerodactyl's entire body was completely detonated, exploding from the point where it impacted Tapu Koko!
"Thud!"
With another muffled sound, Tapu Koko felt a force beyond its imagination emanate from the impact point.
The secondary acceleration caused by the gale's detonation sent Tapu Koko's entire body slamming into the mountainside like a meteor.
A powerful tremor rippled through the mountain. Tapu Koko vanished into the mountainside, and in the spot where it fell, a deep crater was left behind!
