"Hold on..." Beta Axel whispered with a plethora of emotions on his face, tilting his head at the corpse attached to the balcony railing. "You've had how many spies in the Dark Lands all this while?"
Lucian stood by the room door, rolling his eyes after hearing the question. "Oh, please. You're acting like my father doesn't have spies in this territory as well. Heck, Lord Kyren—"
"When will you begin to realise that you're not as powerful as these two men?" Axel spun around, clasping his hands in front of his face in an almost pleading gesture. "Stop playing these dangerous games, Lucian."
The Alpha Prince scoffed, squinting his eyes as he stepped away from the room door slowly.
"Are you here to help me dispose of this body or to lecture me?" He queried, keeping his eyes locked on the Beta. "Something isn't right either. It would be impossible for the Dark Hand to know the location of my room here."
