Chapter 6 - The Den

Fushira Scrap Yard Den — Tuesday — 8:45 PM

The den was cloaked in shadows, flickering from a single, battered neon sign hanging crooked on the wall. Empty bottles and cans littered the floor—most were cheap, illegal, or barely above the legal limit for consumption.

The BloodMoon crew lounged around a makeshift table made of rusted metal scraps, nursing their drinks like they were fine wine.

Haruna popped open a bottle labeled "Voodoo Nectar" and took a slow sip, eyes glinting with mischief. "Okay, seriously, I think we're all way too fucking bored."

Kikidori slouched back, one sock finally found and proudly worn. "I'm bored out of my mind. What's the point of all this power if we just sit on our asses all day?"

Joshua rolled his eyes, sipping water. "Because getting arrested for public drunkenness isn't on our agenda."

Reiketsuna silently lit a cigarette, glancing over to Jean, who was already half-changed into her female form again, swirling her drink with a dangerous grin.

"Alright," Haruna grinned wickedly, "let's spice this shit up. I'm talking dares. Loser drinks. And… well, you know—fun."

Kikidori's eyes sparkled with naive confusion, "Wait, so... you're just gonna make me do dumb stuff?"

Haruna smirked, leaning closer, "Maybe. Depends if you can keep up."

The game started slow—who could chug the weird-ass drink the fastest, who could text their crush something embarrassing.

But as the drinks flowed, so did the wild dares.

Jean's lip curled as she dared Reiketsuna to whisper the dirtiest thing he'd ever said to her in public. He didn't answer, but his smirk said enough.

Haruna leaned forward, cheeks flushed, eyes glimmering with lust and something far darker. "Kikidori... I dare you to kiss me."

Kikidori blinked, choking on his sip, "Wait—what?! Why me?"

"Because I said so," she grinned.

The room held its breath as Kikidori awkwardly shuffled forward, stumbling over his own feet.

Haruna's lips were soft and cool, and for a moment—just a flicker—Kikidori felt the strange, dizzying rush of something new.

Joshua just stared, mouth slightly open. He didn't have a girlfriend. He didn't get this stuff.

Haruna pulled back, laughing low. "Relax, dumbass. I'm just messing with you."

But something had shifted.

Kikidori's goofy grin returned, "Okay, your turn. Dare me something scary."

The night went on—dares turned into laughter, confessions, and weird, sticky glances.

The villainous crew wasn't just a group of dangerous freaks anymore. Tonight, they were just… friends.
