Chapter 36 - Chapter 36: Ghost Ship

Even when the hotpot was almost finished, no one touched the ball of 'burnt egg'.

"What a waste."

Lily picked up a piece of charcoal and bit into it. Sager didn't even have time to stop her. He watched her chew it a few times and swallow it.

"Are you okay? Do you want to go to the hospital? Hey, who knows how to treat illnesses, bring a ship doctor!" Sager shouted.

Of course there are no hospitals on the sea. Maybe there are some mobile hospitals on the sea, but Sag has never seen one.

The men he recruited were mostly fighters, so there was no need for a ship's doctor.

This guy is a navigator. If something goes wrong, who will be responsible for checking the wind direction and sailing?

"What do you need a doctor for?" Lily asked curiously, stuffing the remaining coke into her mouth with a happy look on her face.

It seems to be. Tastes good?

Sager glanced at Renetia subconsciously.

"Is it really delicious?"

Renetia blinked her eyes, picked up the baked egg in front of her, sniffed it with her little nose, and after making sure that there was no strange smell, she took a light bite, and her lively big eyes trembled.

Those eyes, after flashing through most emotions in that instant, went from shock to panic, and then to nostalgia, and finally, like the Buddha's enlightenment, turned into relief, and from relief turned into the emptiness of all things, and finally lost its luster.

Like a puppet, Renetia handed the egg omelette to Sager, and said in a calm tone, as if she was reciting a line, "Sager, this is delicious, you should try it too."

Sager stepped back and shook his head, saying, "I'm tired of using this kind of low-level method."

Lily looked at Renetia and asked, "Letty, aren't you allergic to eggs?"

"Yes, I'm allergic to eggs."

Renetia's grip loosened and she fell backwards, fainting.

Sager broke out in a cold sweat.

He didn't know whether he was allergic to eggs or not, but he knew that this thing tasted bad.

"Letty! Letty!"

Lily rushed over, stretched out her hand to shake Renetia, and turned around and said, "Sager."

"It's okay, it's indeed an 'allergy', it will be fine after a while, it's not a big problem."

Sager waved his hands and sternly said to Lily, "Lily, you're going too far!"

"Ah?" Lily looked confused.

"How can a navigator cook? Don't do this again!"

Sager said loudly: "You are a cadre. Apart from your own duties, you can enjoy the rest like me. Don't do such meaningless things. It will squeeze the living space of your subordinates. If you want to do everything, isn't that greedy? No matter if you are a pirate or not, you can't be too greedy!"

You can't say that this thing is really bad. Such a young girl has fallen into your hands.

They are all his subordinates, and they were the first people to follow him in starting a business. They just cook for him, and he is quite reasonable about it, or to put it mildly.

"Captain Sager!"

Ajin ran in and said, "We saw the island!"

Even though it's a banquet, there can't be no one watching. The control room on the third floor still has to be watched by pirates. Sager adopts a rotation system, randomly selecting two people to be on duty, and then finding two more to take turns.

Ajin went up there an hour ago. Even though he was the captain of the battle team, he didn't seem to put himself in the position of a cadre and did every job of a pirate conscientiously and responsibly.

In his eyes, all cadres are special.

Lady Lily is a navigator and one of the first people to follow Captain Sag, so she is of course a cadre.

Although Lady Renetia is young and has just joined the pirate group, she is a devil fruit user and the one who built this huge ship, and of course, she is also a cadre.

He himself can do nothing except fighting.

Even in battle, he was only learning the moves taught by Captain Sager, which was far from enough.

"The island is up."

Sager walked over to Renetia, grabbed her by the scruff of the neck, and shook her up and down for a while, causing Renetia to wake up and breathe directly.

"Wow! I saw the master just now. He waved at me kindly and said he would take me to find materials to make a better treasure ship. The ocean there is different. It emits a very strange blue breath," said Renetia in a trance.

"That's the ocean of hell, don't look at it next time! Lily."

Sager slapped her on the back of her head and looked at Lily again.

Lily nodded, found a window, stared at the discovered island through a telescope, and confirmed: "Sager, we are here, it is the Shallow Sand Kingdom."

The Kingdom of Qiansha is not an island country. It is located on a land in the northern ocean of the East China Sea. There are many countries on this land, and the Kingdom of Qiansha is just a small country on the coast.

The country's terrain is mostly shallow and covered with sand, and there are no ports around. However, on the beach, you can see huge sand houses made of sand. On the beach, there are also many fishermen using nets to catch fish.

One of the fishermen looked at the huge dark cloud gradually approaching, and was suddenly startled. He turned around and shouted: "The storm is coming, everyone be careful, run inside, don't get washed away!"

"No, that's not right, look, there's a boat!"

The other fisherman's pupils shrank, and he pointed at the storm under the dark clouds, trembling gradually, "There is no one on the boat!"

The gloomy sky in the storm, with a burst of lightning and thunder, illuminated a huge black ship approaching this side. This huge ship, in the fierce storm, had no signs of damage, as new as if it had just been built, but there was no one in sight!

There was no one on the mast lookout and the huge deck, plus there was no sign of damage, and the huge wind and rain followed the ship.

"Ghost, ghost ship!" The fisherman screamed in horror: "It's a ghost ship! A ghost ship from hell! They are coming to take us away, run away!!"

The legend of ghost ships is everywhere on the sea, and the legends are even different in each sea area.

There is a legend about the 'Flying Dutchman' that could never return home.

There are also ghost ships that emerge from the sea floor, accompanied by sea krakens.

There are also island ships full of zombies and ghosts,

and now there is a ghost ship that emerges from the storm, which doesn't seem to be a problem.

The approaching huge ship forced the fishermen near the sea to run towards the beach with their nets, but their speed could not match the speed of the approaching dark clouds. Soon, the entire area covered by sand was shrouded in shadow, and strong winds and heavy rains came down, turning the surroundings into darkness.

The huge ship also docked at the shallows.

Boom!

Thunder exploded, bringing out a ray of light. A slow-moving fisherman subconsciously looked back and saw that below the boat, which was clearly empty, there were a few golden lights inexplicably appearing in the shallows. Under the light, a row of figures suddenly appeared and were slowly approaching this side.

"Ghost!!"

The fisherman screamed in fear, his eyes rolled back and he fainted.

Sager walked forward, and as he moved, the gold jewelry on his hands shone under the lightning. He heard the sound and looked around, "Where is it? Where is the ghost?"

Are there ghosts in the sea?

There doesn't seem to be such a thing, or is there a devil fruit user here?

"It's so dark, and we suddenly appeared. It's possible that we were mistaken."

In the wind and rain, Lily's hair was wet and turned into long straight golden hair. The rain stuck to her clothes, outlining her beautiful figure.

Sager frowned, stroked his chin and thought for a while, then shook his head and said, "What a joke, I'm a pirate, I don't want to be a dead ghost."
