"Is this guy angry?!" Sensing danger, Who's-Who quickly ascended using Moonwalk to gain an aerial advantage, while his fangs continuously snapped shut.
"Tooth Gun!"
A dense barrage of Tooth Guns swept down. An ordinary person facing this move would undoubtedly be bitten into a thousand holes. However, Lucci merely used Soru, moving rapidly on the ground to precisely dodge every single Tooth Gun.
"Boom boom boom!" The ground continuously exploded.
"Don't think you can escape!" Who's-Who grew increasingly uneasy, rapidly opening and closing his mouth, increasing the frequency of his Tooth Guns, and constantly pursuing Lucci's figure.
"Soru!" Lucci vanished from his original spot.

"Oh no!" Gazing at the descending vacuum slash, Who's-Who had no time to dodge and immediately crossed his arms in front of him. "Iron Body!"
"Clang!" Sky Bird vertically struck Who's-Who. Its powerful force tore at his body and sent him crashing to the ground.
"Waaahhh!!!"
"Boom!!!" Accompanied by a painful shriek, the earth rumbled and shattered, and smoke and dust soared into the sky, startling countless birds in the forest.
"Lord Who's-Who!" The Cat-person Pirates cried out in dismay. No one expected that their leader, who had just held the upper hand, would suddenly be severely injured by Rob Lucci. They wanted to provide support, but they were stopped by the other members of CP9.

"Damn it!" Who's-Who was furious, leaping onto a large boulder and dropping to all fours like a fierce beast. His muscles swelled, exuding an aura of devouring intent.

"Six Powers Ultimate Technique: Six King Gun!" Lucci's eyes widened furiously; just before the sharp fangs were about to touch his body, the highest ultimate technique, understood only by those who had mastered the Six Powers to the extreme, erupted. Between his fists, a cylindrical shockwave burst forth, stopping Who's-Who's charge and piercing through his head.
"Crack!" The ox-horn mask shattered!
"Ugh!!!" Who's-Who's eyes rolled back, and his body fell backward heavily to the ground. This battle between two generations of CP9 geniuses ended with Rob Lucci as the victor.
Lucci half-knelt on the ground, panting heavily, his physical strength unable to maintain his transformation. He gradually reverted to his human form. Blood seeped from the bandages on his body, dripping continuously onto the ground; the wounds from his fight with Straw Hat Luffy had reopened.

Lucci frowned. He didn't think much of Who's-Who, but Who's-Who was a superhuman who had mastered the Six Powers—a rare, strong individual even within CP9. Such a person was merely here to deliver a message?
Kaku and the others exchanged glances, realizing that the visitor meant trouble. "Who is this Lord you speak of?"
"Daichi... Daichi the Destroyer!" Who's-Who said with all his strength. "It's Lord Daichi!"
"Daichi the Destroyer!" Kaku and the others' expressions changed instantly. How could they not have heard of Daichi's name? At the recent Summit War, his displayed power had shocked the world. He was a great figure on par with the Four Emperors. Being targeted by such a great figure was clearly not a good thing.
"Hey, what does Daichi the Destroyer want with us?"
"I don't know either," Who's-Who struggled to turn over, his chest heaving violently. He had almost lost consciousness just now; if he hadn't been afraid of punishment from above, he wouldn't have held on until now. "I received intelligence that you are being hunted by the World Government. Lord Daichi is currently at Sabaody Archipelago; he can shelter you!"
