To be perfectly honest, Haru wasn't keen on facing Sabrina head-on right now.
Although the two of them had a "history of battle," those intimate encounters had all been built upon a web of carefully crafted lies.
Back then, he'd exploited Sabrina's paranoia and the information gap between them to plant a poisonous seed in her heart—
the suspicion that "Team Rocket has abandoned you."
Then, under the pretense of helping her take revenge, he lured the so-called Psychic Queen into willingly offering a "hook deal."
It was only because of Necrozma's unexpected interference midway that Sabrina had completely fallen for the trap.
Granted, she had been the one to strike first, trying to take Haru's life—
but if the truth were ever exposed, she'd no doubt become a dangerous avenger.
And now, that frost-cold expression on her face made one thing painfully clear:
she had finally seen through the deception.
Yet what puzzled Haru was this—
if she knew he'd deceived her, then why was she still fighting against Team Rocket?
Shouldn't she have made amends with Giovanni and used the organization's power to strike back at him?
Or… did she actually believe she could take him down on her own?
As these thoughts flickered through his mind, Sabrina's stoic expression rippled ever so slightly.
The moment her gaze swept past Dr. Namba and landed on Haru's face behind him,
a furious shout—burning with psychic fury—exploded from her lips:
"Die!"
Of all the psychics alive today, only Caitlin could stand alongside Sabrina as her equal.
But in terms of control and precision, the blonde noblewoman still lagged behind.
Now, as Sabrina unleashed a full-power Aura Sphere,
its force was no weaker than a Pokémon's signature move.
If it struck an ordinary human, even turning into a lifeless doll would be considered a merciful end.
Unfortunately for her, her opponent was Haru.
Just as the cerulean sphere of energy was about to strike, two radiant streaks—one white, one pink—crossed between them.
The silver-winged Master of Currents and the pink mirage of the Primordial Ancestor
effortlessly nullified the attack;
as Psychic-type legends, their mastery over mental energy was leagues beyond any mortal.
Lugia even flicked her hand lightly, sending the Aura Sphere right back.
Sabrina's long, slender leg swept out in a breathtaking arc, narrowly avoiding the rebound.
Before she could catch her breath, a warm breath tickled her ear.
"Launching a surprise attack… don't tell me you've forgotten our little agreement back in Paldea?"
At some point, Haru had materialized behind her, fingers lifting her smooth chin,
forcing those blazing eyes to meet his own.
"Tell me—why draw your blade against your master?
Haven't I given you enough affection to satisfy you?"
The distance between them—barely half a meter—should've been the perfect opening.
But when Sabrina poured every ounce of her psychic might into a killing blow,
the fist that tore through the air passed cleanly through his body.
No—she'd hit nothing more than an illusion.
The metallic wall of the laboratory crumbled under the impact,
and the psychic shockwave left Dr. Namba unconscious on the floor.
Haru, however, stood unscathed.
"So this is how far you've come?"
His projection re-formed on the other side, eyes glinting with mockery.
"If this is your limit, then you're far too clumsy to even please me."
"Or maybe…" he tilted his head, smiling wickedly,
"you're just throwing a tantrum because I haven't favored you in so long?"
"My, my—you really do love to act spoiled."
"Shut up! I'll kill you!"
Haru's relentless teasing finally broke Sabrina's composure.
She had never been good with words; she preferred solving problems
with psychic power—or simply by overwhelming force.
But with Haru, she couldn't win either way.
She couldn't outfight him.
She couldn't outtalk him.
Ugh—so infuriating!
This bastard wasn't just scum—he was elite-tier scum.
There was only one solution left: hit him hard.
"You want to kill me? With your Bellossom, perhaps?
Alone, you might find that a bit difficult."
"Maybe you should go recruit a few sisters or cousins—
then, who knows, maybe I'll fall to the power of numbers."
"Or what, are you planning to crush me from above?"
"But come on—I've tested your weight myself.
You're what, slim? Delicate? Maybe even underweight.
You couldn't crush me even if you tried."
"Besides, I prefer being the missionary—or on top, if you need reminding."
He said this as he patted her head,
his tone mock-gentle, like a teacher humoring a troublesome student.
"…"
Lugia watched the scene silently, an odd feeling settling in her chest.
She'd long been aware of Haru's sadistic streak—
but now, seeing this, she almost felt that he was being restrained in her presence.
Wait… did that mean he was actually treating her rather well?
Had she misunderstood him all this time?
Whatever Lugia thought, Sabrina's fury had reached a breaking point.
"I have never met anyone so shameless!"
Haru merely smiled and shook his head.
"Now, now—don't say that."
"Everything I did was for your own good, you know.
Shouldn't you be thanking me?"
"?"
Even in her rage, Sabrina froze at his brazen audacity.
He'd deceived her into betraying her former teammates—
seduced her—and now he was claiming it was for her sake?
Could he be any more shameless?
Sure, that so-called "seduction" had largely been Necrozma's doing—
but even if Necrozma bore ninety-nine percent of the blame,
didn't Haru still share at least one?
Under her stunned, disgusted glare, Haru kept talking smoothly.
"Yes, I did trick you back then. But I also helped you escape Team Rocket."
"You might not know this, but Team Rocket will soon be wiped out completely."
"When that happens, not only Giovanni but all his subordinates
will be rounded up and sent to prison."
"And a key officer like you—Officer Jenny would never let you walk free."
"Surely, Miss Sabrina, you wouldn't want to end up in a jail cell, right?"
"So, since I helped you leave Team Rocket, shouldn't you be grateful?"
"If you were truly smart, you'd strip off your clothes, kneel down before me,
and swear your loyalty properly—say, with a little dogeza for good measure."
As he finished speaking, Haru vanished again—
and reappeared atop the highest platform,
as though he'd already foreseen her next move.
"?"
"Are you delusional? How could Team Rocket possibly be wiped out so easily?"
Though she'd cut ties with the organization, Sabrina still found his claim absurd.
Team Rocket was a massive syndicate spanning multiple regions—
destroying it wasn't something one could just say and make happen.
Get real. Start by taking down Giovanni, the head of the organization, first.
As long as Giovanni remained in charge, Team Rocket would never fall.
"And what makes you think that leaving Team Rocket would spare me
from the League's punishment?"
"I was an executive. The League would never forgive me."
To this, Haru only smiled faintly.
"If I say it can be done, then it can be done."
"I know exactly where Team Rocket's headquarters are.
I know who their leader really is.
And I know his most fatal weakness."
"With a few alliances across the regions,
bringing down Team Rocket—and Giovanni himself—would be easy."
"As for clearing your name, that's even simpler."
"I can't vouch for the others, but at least in Alola,
I have a few… connections among the local authorities.
You could live freely there, no problem at all."
And he wasn't bluffing.
Haru truly did know Giovanni's fatal weakness—
none other than his son, Silver.
As long as he had Silver in his grasp, Giovanni would yield.
So no, Haru wasn't entirely making things up.
And as for clearing Sabrina's record—he was actually understating it.
If she were willing to cooperate with him to take down Team Rocket,
redeeming herself through merit would be easy enough.
Worst case, Haru could make a few appearances at the regional Leagues—
no one would dare refuse the "man of the legendaries."
Unfortunately, Miss Sabrina didn't seem particularly grateful…
"You're saying you'll destroy Team Rocket, drag me into it,
and then I'm supposed to thank you for it?"
At that point, Sabrina finally lost all restraint.
To hell with it. She'd had enough of his shamelessness.
There was only one thing left to do—settle it the old-fashioned way.
Fight!
Today, Sabrina would have her final battle!
She would vent her fury—and slap Haru's smug face into the dirt!
"Go! Alakazam—Mega Evolve!"
"Oh? So you've gained some new power, have you?"
At that, a spark of interest lit Haru's eyes.
Indeed, Alakazam was capable of Mega Evolution.
But back in their previous duel, Sabrina had relied solely on her own psychic powers,
never once calling upon that form.
It seemed she'd mastered it only recently.
Perhaps sensing its master's wrath, Mega Alakazam's aura surged violently.
Now, it stood as a being of terrifying might—
unflinching, even before legends.
Clutching its twin spoons, it stared forward with unwavering resolve.
As long as it and its master kept moving forward,
the path to victory would always extend before them.
So then…
could Sabrina and her Alakazam truly defeat Haru this time?
Could they finally shatter the myth of his invincibility?
We'll soon find out.
Just as Sabrina, her battle intent at its peak, prepared to launch an attack on Haru, her Alakazam was suddenly struck by several invisible forces and sent flying away.
As for Sabrina herself, her fate wasn't much better.
The invincible Mew had already prepared for her Lusamine's favorite move, 'Bind.'
Perhaps out of concern that Sabrina, this superpowered individual, might harm Haru, Mew gave her some 'special attention' this time when using Bind, ensuring that any movement would brush against her 'sensitive spots,' and even applied a buff that multiplied her bodily sensitivity several times over.
Perhaps Sabrina's Alakazam truly had the qualifications to go toe-to-toe with a Legendary Pokémon, but what it faced wasn't some secondary god—it was up against a primary god and a Mythical Pokémon.
This was far beyond its capabilities.
"Hmm... so, what should we do with her next?"
Haru looked at Sabrina, bound in place on the spot, and furrowed his brow.
Defeating Sabrina wasn't difficult, but now that she had fallen into his hands, she was like a hot potato—handling her in any way felt improper.
"Master nya~, why not just handle it with the usual 'routine' operations meow?"
"A broken toy can't be left unfixed meow."
The 'dog-head strategist' Mew pointed at Sabrina and whispered his suggestion.
"But won't she come looking for trouble with me afterward?"
"In the end, I'll just get entangled with her again."
Actually, at the beginning, Haru really hadn't intended to do anything to Sabrina.
But sometimes, things develop in such strange ways... now tying up the loose ends was proving troublesome.
"What's wrong with getting entangled? I've already dosed her with the 'stuff'—when she comes looking for Master, she'll only end up as Master's 'toy' nya~."
"The more times she comes after Master, the faster she'll fall."
"Napoleon had to face Wellington more than once before his fall-surely you can 'capture' Sabrina seven or eight times too, mew."
"It won't take long before she figures out exactly what she really wants."
As Mew spoke, he ended up getting excited himself, his eyes sparkling with delight.
But those who heard these words weren't just Haru.
Sabrina was only bound at the moment, not completely unconscious.
Thus, right after Mew spoke, she immediately shouted in fury:
"Don't joke around! There's no way I'd ever submit to someone like you!"
Actually, she had already been tainted once before by Necrozma's 'illusion,' and at the time, she had indeed been utterly addicted to it.
But now she had completely broken free from it—how could she possibly fall so easily again?
Impossible, absolutely impossible! She wouldn't submit to Haru's lewd authority!
However, Mew only grew more thrilled at her defiant attitude:
"What a fierce woman! Then let the show I've prepared for you begin!"
"First up is 10 times the sensitivity...!"
"What?"
Sabrina, who hadn't yet understood what Mew meant, felt it in the very next second... felt that soul-shaking 'great terror.'
In just an instant, she already had the urge to unleash Origin Pulse.
But... she barely managed to suppress it.
Yes, this wasn't enough to defeat her.
Unfortunately, even she knew full well that this was merely an insignificant opening act.
The real main event hadn't even started yet.
"Master, I've arranged everything for you. Now it's time for you to personally join the 'battle' nya~."
"If you don't want to be hounded by this one forever, you need to 'tame' her quickly meow."
"Although... Lugia is still right there. Is it really okay to do this kind of thing now?"
"No problem, I'll handle that for you meow. Master, just focus on enjoying the 'battle'!"
