Spector suddenly said as Adam saw that the air stopped rushing out of the ship, while the now dead bodies and miscellaneous items from the ship floated away into space.
[StealthAssassin9 (Earth): So what happened to letting the Merinmian Defence Force apprehend the crew?]

"How many life signs remain?" Adam asked since the console he gave power to earlier should still be active.

"They must be in sealed sections of the ship, pinpoint their locations on my mini map and also plot me a course to the bridge," Adam said before he unslung his plasma scattergun from his back and primed it while flying towards the now open airlock.
"He's heading into the ship's viewers. What do you think he will find inside?" Malgath said excitedly to hype up the viewers and audience.
As Adam entered the ship, the visor on his helmet automatically switched to night vision mode because of how dark it was inside, since none of the lights were working.
[Justiceistruth (Earth): What's the point in having emergency lighting if it's not going to function?]
[Beinglittleisnotadisadvantage (Strathorp 7): Normally it would, it's just that it was hot with an EMP like everything else.]
[Whostolemyduck (Earth): Can't they shield other systems like they do with a ship's power source?]
[Beinglittleisnotadisadvantage (Strathorp 7): Theoretically, yes, however, it costs a lot of credits to do that, so most manufacturers only focus on protecting the reactor since if that gets affected by an EMP, they tend to blow up, taking the whole ship with it. Only the super wealthy or paranoid spend credits on protecting other systems.]
[StealthAssassin9 (Earth): Seems kind of stupid if you ask me.]
[Beinglittleisnotadisadvantage (Strathorp 7): Perhaps, but the other systems aren't going to take the whole ship and crew with it if they get hit by the EMP.]

Adam made a mental command to his anti-gravity, telling it to retract his wings or he wouldn't be able to manoeuvre easily in the ship's corridors.
As his wings vanished, he flew down the passageways following the route laid out for him by Spector on his minimap.
[Handsome3horns (Vinox 2): This place is a tip, look at all the crap left flaring around.]
[Beczontop (Imperial Down): Their airlock just got breached, and most of them got spaced. What do you think it was going to be like? Also, pirates aren't exactly known to keep their ships to military levels of cleanliness.]

As Adam continued to fly down corridors, a red dot indicating an enemy suddenly appeared at the edge of his mini map in a room that was adjacent to a corridor he had to fly down to reach the bridge.
As he turned and entered the corridor, he noticed that it was like many of the ones before it, with random miscellaneous objects floating around unchecked.
Along one side of the corridor was a room that had a sign over it saying, R&D Lab.
[Handsome3horns (Vinox 2): An R&D lab? It's definitely the Dwarfinian in there.]
[Prestigious3horns (Vinox 2): Totally.]
Adam glanced at the door to the R&D lab and, seeing that the console beside it was without power, he turned away and continued to follow the route towards the bridge.
[StealthAssassin9 (Earth): Why did he just leave like that?]
[Superior4horns (Vinox 3): Most likely because the pirate inside is trapped there until the ship's power is restored. Didn't you see that the console next to the door had no power?]

"Pass," Adam said as he continued to fly down the corridors.
[Stream quest declined.]
[Superior4horns (Vinox 3): Predictable.]
[CEOHopkins (Earth): Hold on, there's a dot on the minimap approaching the streamer.]
[Lizziethetruepower (Palalxia): Oh shit, you're right.]
"Oh, things are about to get interesting," Kasumi said with a smirk.
"Looks like one of the crew who survived the hull breach managed to get out of whatever location they were secured in and even acquired a space suit," Malgath said to build the audience's excitement.
"Unless they already acquired the space suit after this ship was disabled and somehow managed to stop themselves from being sucked out into space," Eri added.
"That's also plausible," Malgath conceded as they all continued to watch the stream.
Seeing the approaching dot on his mini map, Adam used his uniband to order one of the invisible microcams to carry on along the corridor before he ducked inside an open room he was passing.
He pulled up the microcam footage on his uniband as he and the viewers watched a space suit individual come floating around a corner using the corridor wall as support and a way to move forward.

Adam watched the Dwarfinian float past the doorway to the room he was hidden in on his uniband before he flew out of the room and aimed his plasma scattergun at the Dwarfinian's back and pulled the trigger.
White hot plasma sprayed out of the scattergun and collided with the Dwarfinians' back before hurtling him forward.
The plasma quickly burnt its way through the Dwarfinian's space suit before it came into contact with their clothes and then skin.
The Dwarfinian issued a scream that no one could hear as the white hot plasma ate into his back before puncturing his heart and killing him.
[Superhearofangirl (Earth): That was brutal.]
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): That was badass.]
[Handsome3horns (Vinox 2): Shot in the back, how cold, I love it.]
[Superhearofangirl (Earth): You would shoot someone in the back?]
[Handsome3horns (Vinox 2): Well, it's the safest way, right?]
"I hope any vulnerable viewers or the parents of any young children watching heeded my advice and didn't let them see that," Malgath said as he addressed the studio cameras.
Adam saw the dot on his minimap that signified the Dwarfinian vanish, indicating that he had died before he turned and continued towards the bridge.
"It's a shame he didn't use the tail we spoke about earlier. I'm interested to see how it looks and attacks," Kasumi commented.

"What is it with this guy and all the advanced tech he has?" The man in the dark room mumbled as he continued to watch The MMM Show.
"I'm starting to think Director Drot has the right idea, and I need to get my hands on this ship and its technology. Doing so would substantially increase the chances of our goals succeeding."
After thinking for a moment, he used his console to send an encrypted message before turning back to continue watching The MMM Show.

"Why aren't they advertising that Adam is also Stacey's boyfriend and only mentioning that he's with Diva Lorelie?" Susan complained as they watched The MMM Show in Jessie's office.
"Most likely because Diva Lorelie is trending right now with her new genre of music, and they don't want to negatively affect that," Joe replied.
"Joe's right, while group relationships are not uncommon in the universe, it is unusual for a Diva to share their lover with others instead of having multiple lovers themselves.
I expect they're just waiting for the right time before they announce it." Jessie added.
"Oh come on, Adam's a streamer, they can't seriously expect to keep that a secret, especially after Stacey kissed him live on stream before," Susan argued.
