Chapter 228: Extermination! Shock!
At the same time, Ying Huanhuan's graceful figure leaped onto a tall tree. With a wave of her delicate hand, an ancient guqin, jade-green like pure emerald, appeared before her.

As they entered, the Ape King's eyes filled with shock. He felt his body go slightly numb. Even the flow of his Yuan Power had started to slow.
"You little girl… you're dead!"
Now realizing the danger, the Fire Crystal Ape King roared and locked his blood-red eyes on Ying Huanhuan. With a stomp, he turned into a crimson blur, charging at her through the sky.
DONG!
Suddenly, a deep bell chime rang through the air.
A massive dark-golden bell appeared before Ying Huanhuan.
It expanded rapidly, transforming into a mountain-sized bell that slammed into the charging beast!
The Ape King's punch met the enormous bell head-on.
Boom!
The shockwave exploded outward. Surrounding trees were instantly reduced to dust.
"Step, step, step!"
The Ape King staggered back over ten steps before he could stabilize himself.
"Damn you, brat!"
His furious gaze turned upward—toward the figure atop the bell. There, Lin Fan stood, staring down coldly.
"Focus on your music," Lin Fan said calmly without turning his head.
Ying Huanhuan blinked, her beautiful eyes fixed on Lin Fan's back. Then, she returned to her guqin and resumed playing at full force.
"Trying to play hero, are you? I'll tear you to pieces first!"
The Ape King roared and prepared to charge again—but two powerful attacks flew in from behind. Jiang Kun and Yuan Ling struck once more, forcing the beast into another battle.
Under the constant erosion of the sonic waves, the Fire Crystal Ape King's movements grew sluggish. Even with his raw strength, Jiang Kun and Yuan Ling began to gain the upper hand.
But it still wasn't enough to finish him.
High above, Lin Fan's gaze turned cold. A gray line appeared at the center of his brow.
It split open suddenly, revealing a sinister gray eye filled with monstrous killing intent.
"Desolate Demon Eye."
Seeing the eye, even Ying Huanhuan and the others stiffened slightly. Her fingers hesitated on the guqin strings.
As the gray eye opened, a terrifying aura surged out of it.
"Damn it!"
The Ape King felt the overwhelming danger radiating from the eye. He roared, his aura skyrocketing as he forcefully broke free of the sound attack and blasted Jiang Kun and Yuan Ling away with two punches.

The sonic shockwaves flung them through the air.
The Ape King stomped the ground and prepared to flee.
Swish!
But just then, a terrifying gray beam of light shot from Lin Fan's demon eye—straight at the beast's head.
Realizing he couldn't escape in time, the Ape King roared in rage. Crimson light surged from his body, rapidly condensing into a thick fire-crystal shell around him.
Under the sunlight, it looked like a blazing ruby diamond, radiating near-impenetrable defense.
But the gray beam didn't stop. It pierced through the void and slammed directly into the fire-crystal armor.
Ssshhh…
A sharp hissing echoed as the red crystal began to tremble. The Ape King's eyes widened in horror.
BOOM!
The armor exploded into shards, raining down like glass.
The gray beam pierced the Ape King's forehead, blasting through and out the back of his skull—leaving a bloody hole.
The beam vanished into the sky.
Blood gushed from the hole as the beast staggered, its face twisted in agony. Its aura rapidly withered.
"He's still alive?!"
Ying Huanhuan and the others gasped. This beast's resilience was terrifying.
But Lin Fan was ready.
A crimson glow enveloped him as he formed hand seals. Red light gathered in his palm—tinged with darkness.
Fwoosh!
A blazing fire erupted from his hand—a fusion of Nirvana Flame and Nirvana Devil Flame.
The palm was covered in faint cracks, brimming with explosive power.
"Vermilion Bird Sky-Cracking Palm!"
With a low shout, Lin Fan launched the flaming palm toward the dying beast.
BOOM!
The Ape King's massive body was blasted apart, reduced to ashes in an instant!
