Chapter 3 - Dream Come True

the king read every book it could find, year after year, the king witnessed the end of the kingdom it lived in. having grew it's power over the last few centuries, it decided to return to it's roots, it went back into the forest, and turned into a raccoon once again.

it went to the core of the forest. where it used it's powers to gather up all the raccoons in the forest. it started shaping the place into an entire kingdom, the forest disappeared, now replaced by a kingdom of raccoons.

the king noticed that the amount of raccoons is not enough, so with it's power, it willed the entire population of raccoons to gather at this new kingdom, it looked around, choosing whatever raccoon it liked to be appointed as a royal guard.

in total, it choose 20 raccoons to protect him, but. the true reason for him appointing them as royal guards was to make him look cool, as they stood there in his throne chamber holding a sword and standing menacingly.

it willed them to be strong, so they became strong, stronger than any human, than any beast.

after that, the king noticed that a cat that looked strangely like a raccoon ended up getting roped into this matter. not wanting to seem careless, the king gave the cat a name. it's a name it remembered so vividly even after all those years.

"you shall be Sven. embrace this name well, it's dear to my heart." said the king.

the king went around the kingdom. he found six raccoon kits that seem to have lost their parents sitting on the side of a road. it tug at the strings of his hearts, playing one sad melody the king never thought he could hear.

the king brought the cubs back to his castle, were Sven was. Sven seemed lost, like it didn't know what to do.

the king sat the cubs in a line, and one by one started naming them

"Ruin, Zyro, Noir, Vahn, Bane, and finally, Gale." said the king, pointing at each cub appoint the names.

he then turned to Sven.

"i will keep them in your care... Sven. I'll bestow you with skills, power, and intelligence. teach them well. from now on, you'll be the seven swords, you'll be in charge of the military."

the king slowly walked towards his throne. the can he always wore sitting there, he seemed to want this to mean something to him, and it did. it meant the world to him.

the king knew this can was not supposed to be here, it wasn't supposed to be in this timeline, but he did not care, the can was given to him by Sven. the first living being he ever interacted with. and if he had a choice of weather to keep it, or save the world, he would keep it.

the king took the can, and slowly sat down on the throne, he then put it on his head, and put a finger up.

as the king sat there, a bubble of sorts expanded from the king's finger, it grew until the whole kingdom was within it.

the bubble stayed there for a second, adding a purple hue to the light entering the kingdom, in the blink of an eye, the bubble disappeared, but that's from the point of view of whoever is inside the bubble, but on the real world, the entire forest disappeared,

the king willed the whole kingdom and the forest hiding it to be transferred into another dimension where nobody lives.

but he loved raccoons so much that it didn't want raccoons to disappear from the real world, so it split every raccoon into two, one that would roam the real world, and one which one live in the kingdom.

but wanting raccoons to sometimes do it's bidding, it gave every raccoon the ability to switch between worlds.

"from now on, this kingdom shall be known as the kingdom of all raccoons. and this can will be my crown" said the king. his words vibrating through the entire kingdom

back in the real world, a man can be seen holding some seeds. from his shadow, 27 raccoons come out, the man throws the seeds in the air, as he does, the raccoons move with such speed that the human eye can not fathom it.

in the blink of an eye, hundreds of seeds were sown into the ground. the man looked up into the sky, clouds forms and rain came.

"the forest will be back to full prosperity in less than 500 years..." the king said. but the words had no direction. it was said more to himself than anything.
