Chapter 326 - Chapter 326 - Endless

Under the vast sky, a black shadow slowly landed on Earth through the void, followed by several strong servants behind him. There were gusts of wind piercing the bones, and the whistling sound was like the weeping of ghosts.

"Go and collect the Dragon Balls." Taking off the hood, the young man's voice came out coldly.

The surrounding servants all stood up, "Yes, Lord Garlic Jr."

If Raditz was here, he would definitely be surprised. He didn't expect that Garlic Jr. would come to Earth in this way at this time. Not only Garlic Jr., but also many demon fighters loyal to Garlic smiled as invaders.

Garlic once competed with the gods on Earth for the position of the Guardian of Earth, but lost to the Namekian who combined wisdom and strength, so he ended sadly and threatened to come back in 300 years. After 300 years, Garlic did not survive this long time and died somewhere.

But he had a son, Garlic Jr.!

Now Garlic Jr. had returned to Earth to take over his father's behest and compete for the position of the Guardian of Earth. He didn't want to be the god of Earth, but wanted to be the master of the world. He wanted to control the fate of everyone from above!

For this reason, he even planned to transform all the people on Earth into demons and accept his rule. The first step was to find the Dragon Balls and let him have immortal life.

Garlic Jr.'s order was issued, and the servants behind him scattered one after another, collecting Dragon Balls everywhere.

According to Lady Towa's instructions, there were no Saiyans on Earth who were in the way, and even the outstanding martial arts fighters were far away in the galaxy. This was the perfect time to settle the 300-year-old account!

At this time, on the Lookout with high sky and clear air, the Guardian of Earth was like a kind grandfather teaching Dende and Cargo from Planet Namek. The old Guardian really treated them as descendants, as the guardians of the reserve.

He taught the two little ones arithmetic, geography, martial arts... He taught these two lovely children almost everything he knew. He had lived long enough, and he had learned enough—seeing the fresh life showing infinite vitality was the happiest thing for him.

In addition to teaching every day, he and Mr. Popo also accompanied the two children to play games and practice exercises. The monotonous Lookout seemed not so lonely amidst the excitement of the four of them.

The two-hour study time passed extremely quickly, as if it had passed in the blink of an eye. Today, the Guardian taught them the skills of observing the stars in the sky. The high place in the Lookout had the best view, which was an excellent place for observing the stars.

Dende blinked his eyes toward the sky, and asked curiously, "Can we see the planet Gohan and the others are on from here?"

"Haha, that's not possible, the distance is too far." The Guardian smiled kindly.

Cargo and Dende were a little disappointed, "So how can we see planets farther away?" They felt that there must be a way to break through the limit of vision and see a wider universe.

The Guardian smiled and said: "It is only necessary to become a higher-level god. Above the Guardian, there is a Kai, and above the Kai, there is the Grand Kai, and even the Supreme Kai. Each level can see wider."

The Guardian suddenly remembered Raditz's identity as a trainee Kai, and was going to give them an analogy: "It's like Ra... ah..." Halfway through speaking, the Guardian was startled suddenly.

Not only him, but Mr. Popo and the two children also looked up at the sky. The high and clear sky was instantly clouded, and the day turned into night.

"Why... has anyone found all the seven Dragon Balls?"

Mr. Popo's first reaction was that someone had summoned the dragon, and only the presence of the dragon would cause such a spectacle. But Goku and the others were not here—who would know the secret of Dragon Ball and find it within a year?

The Guardian suddenly had an ominous premonition.

As time passed, the dark clouds dispersed, and the whole world returned to its original state, but the premonition in the heart of the Guardian became stronger and stronger, and he could even feel the evil aura approaching the Lookout!

This was no longer a hunch, but something that was happening in front of him!

The Guardian rushed to the edge of the Lookout with small steps and opened his eyes to look around. As soon as he probed, a figure flashed in front of his eyes, and rushed straight in front of him, causing him to fall to the ground.

"Grandpa Guardian!" Dende and Cargo rushed over to support the old Guardian.

The two supported the old Guardian, and the old Guardian tried his best to protect the two children. He felt the evil of the guy in front of him, and the powerful evil power made him tremble.

There was still a little familiar feeling in the evil... The Guardian suddenly woke up, his eyes widened.

He remembered it as if it was yesterday, the agreement made 300 years ago!

"Hahaha, remember? Guardian of Earth, this resentment belonging to the previous generation will finally end in my hands." A short figure hidden under the cloak broke into the Lookout, and suddenly, the clear sky was once again shrouded by clouds, and a strong evil spirit permeated, bringing the entire Lookout into a dark barrier!

"You are his son!"

"Yes."

Garlic Jr. led his men to step into the Lookout. Although he was short in stature, Garlic Jr.'s ki was unmatched. His eyes were cold, like a thousand years of ice, and one glance was enough to freeze them.

That coercion was nothing more than a dimensional deterrence between the gods. His arrival made the two Namekian children fall to the ground with weak legs.

The Guardian got up with difficulty, took the hands of the two of them and retreated, his head covered with sweat. This terrified and cowering look made Garlic Jr. very satisfied.

"You are getting old, and my father is also dead, but the original resentment has not been settled, and I will take over this grievance." Garlic Jr. said in a frivolous and arrogant tone.

After being strengthened by Lady Towa, his strength had doubled, and he showed a winning posture in the face of the Earth's Guardian.

"I know that there used to be a group of very powerful people on Earth, but unfortunately, they are all in the depths of the galaxy, and will soon be wiped out by Lady Towa. No one can save you now, hahahahaha..." Garlic Jr. raised his palm, and a piece of energy popped up in front of him. The powerful aura made the Lookout tremble, and the mighty air wave seemed to overturn this small area.

The demons following Garlic Jr. laughed and shouted loudly, welcoming the easy victory!

Suddenly, there was a loud noise outside the barrier.

"You seem to have forgotten the son of Piccolo!"

A piercing beam of ki cut straight through the black shroud, slicing it like silk. The oppressive gloom was shattered, and into the void stormed a surge of raw force that shook the battlefield. From within the rent space emerged a streak of blinding white, the gleam of a fluttering cape, carried on the gale of unleashed energy.

"Clatter—!" The turbulent wind howled and spun like a vortex. The long cape cracked like a banner of war, its edge whipping in the tempest as the figure beneath it descended with unshakable poise.

There he stood. Broad-shouldered, towering, his outline aglow with a molten emerald aura that hissed and flared like a bonfire doused in oil. Each pulse of ki rolled outward like shockwaves, rattling the very bones of Garlic Jr.'s minions. The air thickened, charged with a suffocating pressure that made demons stagger and gasp as if gravity itself had doubled.

It was his intrusion that stopped Garlic Jr.'s attack cold, forcing the immortal to recoil mid-strike.

"Wh-who are you?!" Garlic demanded, his voice caught between fury and unease.

The tall warrior did not answer immediately. He kept his back turned, cape billowing like storm clouds, the silence itself a pressure that made the lesser demons quake. Then, slowly, Piccolo tilted his head, just enough for half his face to emerge from the shadows. One cold golden eye glinted, piercing through the darkness like a blade.

"The Great Demon King… Piccolo II," he declared, voice low yet resonant, each syllable vibrating in the marrow of those who heard it.
