Chapter 513 - Chapter 513: The Seal of Destruction

Raditz had become something unprecedented, wielding the authority of Destruction, channeling divine annihilation as if it were his own natural power. Over and over again, he unleashed Hakai without mercy, without hesitation. Every cell in Zamasu's body endured repeated torture, an endless cycle of death and rebirth that would have shattered the sanity of any lesser being.

Yet Zamasu was laughing.

Pain twisted his features with each resurrection, saliva flying from his lips as he cackled with unhinged glee. But there was no hint of defeat in that mad laughter—only savage mockery.

"You... can't... beat... me!" The words came broken between destructions and rebirths, each syllable dripping with vicious triumph. "No matter how many times you destroy me, I'll always return! You're powerless against true divinity!"

Raditz's jaw clenched as he continued unleashing wave after wave of Destruction energy. Every muscle in his body tensed to its limit, veins bulging across his arms and neck. Behind him, the dark purple ribbons of pure Destruction energy had begun to thin noticeably. Each use consumed a small portion, and though the amount seemed insignificant, the math was brutally simple—if this continued, he would eventually run out.

And his Senzu Bean supply was dwindling just as rapidly. Compared to the genuinely immortal Zamasu, a war of attrition could only end one way: with Raditz's defeat.

But Raditz had never intended to simply drag this out indefinitely. While suppressing Zamasu with continuous Hakai, his mind raced through every technique, every strategy, every possibility. He needed a way to defeat this seemingly invincible monster.

And then... he found it.

"HAKAI!!!" Raditz roared, the power to erase all existence surging from his palm once more. Zamasu's form disintegrated into nothingness.

A moment later, Zamasu reformed with that same twisted smile. "Useless! Useless! USELESS!" His voice echoed with dark joy as his complete body radiated terrifying divine power.

But this time, Raditz changed his approach. Instead of Destruction, he formed the seal of Creation.

This technique had proven effective against the demon goddess Demigra once before. By combining his authority as a Supreme Kai with the power of Creation itself, he could theoretically trap an enemy in an eternal cycle of creation—forcing them backward through existence until they reached the starting point of everything: absolute nothingness.

Raditz didn't know if it would work against Zamasu. But at this critical juncture, he had to try everything in his arsenal.

The Creation Seal manifested as glowing golden bands of energy. Zamasu froze for half a second as the technique took hold, then his body began to distort. It felt different from Destruction—not erasure, but rather as if an irresistible vortex was pulling him backward through time and space itself.

Not destruction!

Zamasu's smile widened into something monstrous. "You're already out of tricks, aren't you? HAHAHA!"

A horrifying cold light blazed in his eyes. With a surge of overwhelming power, he shattered the Creation Seal's bindings and vanished from sight.

Raditz's scalp prickled with danger. Before his conscious mind could even process the threat, he felt a wave of devastating energy tear through his body.

BANG!

He was sent hurtling backward like a meteor. Zamasu pursued relentlessly, materializing at the edge of Raditz's flight path. His hand extended, conjuring a lightsaber so densely concentrated it had turned pitch black—and he thrust it toward Raditz with murderous intent.

Raditz didn't have time to activate Ultra Instinct. He could only rely on his Super Saiyan 4 God form to barely dodge the lethal strike. But Zamasu roared with feral intensity and pressed forward like a rabid beast, all traces of divine composure abandoned in favor of savage brutality.

One punch. Two devastating kicks. A flurry of strikes rained down without rhythm or technique—pure overwhelming force. Raditz managed to block the worst of it, but he was driven backward with each exchange. Red welts appeared on his arms, and his entire skeletal structure trembled from the impacts.

This level of attack... it's beyond even Super Saiyan 4 God!

"Hahahaha! DIE!" Zamasu's fused form was reaching new heights with every passing second, his power exploding exponentially. He was completely overwhelming Raditz now.

The divine halo behind his back pulsed with energy, sending volleys of thunderous light beams that pierced through space like celestial spears. With each swing of Zamasu's arms, purple energy spheres the size of moons materialized and crashed down like orbital bombardments.

Every blow carried planet-shattering force. Storms of destruction radiated from their battlefield, sweeping across light-years of empty space and annihilating anything unfortunate enough to be caught in their path.

Raditz pushed his focus to its absolute limit. He deflected several of Zamasu's blazing punches, weaved through a barrage of high-speed lightsabers, and desperately dodged the meteor shower of energy spheres. His movements had become a dance of survival, each motion calculated within microseconds.

But Zamasu's torrential assault never ceased, never slowed. The attacks came from too many angles simultaneously.

Raditz couldn't defend against everything at once.

BOOM!

Zamasu's overwhelming power erupted in an explosion of light that rivaled a supernova. Cosmic debris scattered like stars, painting the void in beautiful, deadly colors. A silver shockwave rippled through the fabric of space itself. Raditz took the full force of the attack, his body tumbling violently through the vacuum until he crashed into the boundary of the spatial barrier with bone-crushing force.

Zamasu had layered multiple space-time barriers specifically to prevent escape. There was nowhere left to run.

The divine light intensified. Sharp lightsabers materialized and pierced through Raditz's body like needles through cloth. His long hair was shorn away, and blood—dark crimson in the cosmic void—sprayed freely from a dozen wounds.

"Look at yourself, Raditz!" Zamasu's voice dripped with sadistic pleasure, his face splitting into an uncontrollable grin. "Look at your pathetic state! This is the fate of all who side with mortals! After I eliminate you, there will be no one left who can stop me!"

His joy was palpable. Every obstacle to his perfect "Zero Mortals Plan" had been cleared. True, there was still that Trunks boy on Earth, but with his current godly power, crushing that insect would be trivially easy—no different from stepping on an ant.

"Now... die." Zamasu raised his hand with theatrical flair, his palm aimed directly at Raditz's impaled form.

Through the pain and blood loss, Raditz raised his own palm, mirroring the gesture. Their hands faced each other across the void.

And then Raditz roared with the last of his strength:

"HAKAI!!!"

At that critical instant, the final remnants of Beerus's original Destruction energy flowed into Raditz's palm, emanating an aura of such absolute finality that even Zamasu's soul recoiled. The immortal god wasn't afraid of most techniques—even the Creation Seal had proven ineffective. But after experiencing countless cycles of death and resurrection under Hakai, that purple light of annihilation had become the one thing that could make him feel fear.

At the moment their palms met, Zamasu made his choice.

He vanished via Instant Transmission.

And Raditz suddenly surged upward, ripping his own body free from the lightsabers that had pinned him in place. Flesh tore. Blood fountained from the gaping wounds. But Raditz had no time to care about his injuries, no time to heal.

Because he'd never intended to use Destruction energy at all.

It had been a feint—a desperate bluff to create the one opening he needed.

"MAFUBA!"

If the Creation Seal couldn't work, then only this forbidden technique could defeat the enemy. The MAFUBA move that bet everything on a single attempt, that could not be allowed to fail.

Raditz was losing blood at an alarming rate, but he didn't dare eat a Senzu Bean. Zamasu was too fast, too alert now. If he showed even a moment of hesitation, the corrupted god would escape entirely. He'd barely managed to bait Zamasu with that fake Hakai—he absolutely couldn't waste this opportunity!

From Raditz's outstretched hands, a storm of emerald light erupted like a celestial typhoon. The energy formed into a massive spiraling vortex, and Zamasu—still reappearing from his Instant Transmission—was immediately caught in its inescapable pull.

"What... what is this?! AHHHHHHH!"

Panic flooded Zamasu's voice for the first time. He'd never encountered a technique like this before—it felt like being drawn into a black hole, an attraction so absolute that resistance seemed meaningless.

A continuous stream of energy poured from Raditz's hands as he strained to maintain the seal. His entire body shook from the effort, blood still streaming from his wounds. He channeled every ounce of power into imprisoning Zamasu, the emerald vortex gradually compressing into a perfect sphere. Raditz guided the sphere to rotate faster and faster, forming an inescapable cage of pure energy.

Zamasu's body stretched and distorted like taffy being pulled apart. His screams echoed across dimensions as true terror entered his voice for the first time: "NO... I am the god who rules all creation! I am GOD! Mortals should be the ones who DIE!"

"Go to heaven and live out your delusions!" Raditz swung his arms with titanic force, fresh blood spraying from the motion. The Mafuba descended from above like divine judgment itself!

And the container—the prison that would hold this immortal monster—was formed from the condensed Destruction energy Raditz had just gathered.

A Modified Mafuba!

By using extremely pure and powerful energy as the containment vessel, Raditz had eliminated the need for a physical jar. Even the sealing talisman could be formed from concentrated energy itself. He'd consumed the very last of his Destruction energy to complete this technique—a fusion of two divine arts that had never been attempted before.

The invincible Zamasu, the merged god who had claimed to be supreme above all others, was now sealed within a prison of Destruction energy. Under the restraint of such absolute power, he would remain trapped for tens of thousands of years—perhaps for eternity itself.

The emerald sphere containing Zamasu pulsed with purple veins of Destruction energy, floating in the cosmic void like a miniature dying star. Inside, Zamasu's screams grew fainter and fainter until they disappeared entirely.

Raditz floated in the silence, his breathing ragged, his body covered in wounds. But his eyes remained sharp, fixed on the sealed prison to ensure the technique had truly worked.

Finally, a small smile crossed his bloodied face.

"Checkmate."
