The horse came to an abrupt stop as soon as they arrived at the cliff.
They knew they couldn't move any further with the dead end before them.
Eden gasped at the sight of the cliff as Felix looked back. The soldiers were on their way, marching on their horses while approaching them faster than expected.
"Oh, we're so dead," Eden muttered as he stared back at the approaching soldiers.
"What do we do, Master?" Felix asked.
"I don't know either," Eden said. "I'm also in a dead end here."
They stared back while watching the soldiers approach. Lenny could only move backward bit by bit. There was nowhere else to turn.
"Do you think we could surrender? You seem close to that guy… maybe he won't kill us," Felix speculated.
Eden scoffed. "Close my foot. He'll have our heads the moment he gets us."
Eden turned and stared at the cliff. "I think we could just jump off. It's a sea, so we will probably fall into it…."
"You think?!" Lenny questioned. "We'll probably die if we do that!"
