"But..." Felix still felt guilty.
"No buts. I'm already tired and don't wish to hear any more of that. Okay?"
Felix hesitated and then smiled. "Okay then. I won't bring it up. But I hope you won't get mad at me..."
"Why would I?" Eden sighed. "So stop being a kid and take a rest. You'll need it."
Felix nodded as he said, "It's been so long since we've spoken like this, Master. Why don't you sleep beside me and tell me some stories?"
Eden raised an eyebrow. "It's already late for that. So sleep. Okay?"
"Okay. Since you won't tell me a story, then sit with me and I'll tell you some stories," Felix offered.
"Stories? What stories?"
"When I was in a coma, I kept having different dreams. I want to share them with you."
Eden figured it wouldn't be too bad keeping him company. So he sat down beside him, listening to his tales till late night, until Felix finally dozed off.
