Chapter 6 - Chapter 6 Poor Micah's Life Restarts

Dutch didn't discuss it with Hosea again; it's hard to correct a generation's mindset about something they haven't experienced, so he just needed to do it and wait for the results.

However, now, another matter could be put on the agenda.

Dutch walked out of the room, glancing at the sky outside.

The weather was already clear when they robbed Cornwall's train in the game, and now they hadn't robbed Cornwall's train, but as time passed, the weather had significantly improved.

Dutch looked at Arthur, who was standing by the campfire, smoking and chatting with Micah, and called out:

"Arthur, gather everyone. We'll first divide the earnings from Blackwater Town, then prepare to head to Horseshoe Overlook."

Arthur turned to look at Dutch, who was standing at the cabin door, and asked, "Wouldn't it be better to divide it once we get to Horseshoe Overlook, Dutch?"

Dutch shook his head, a cunning, almost fox-like smile on his face.

"No, no, Arthur, you might be able to wait, but I think there are others who can't wait anymore. What do you say, Micah?"

Micah, who had rushed over the moment he heard "Blackwater Town," immediately broke into a fawning smile.

"Oh, Dutch, oh, my most revered Dutch, you are like a benevolent father to me, seeing through the fragile heart of your child.

Of course, your child doesn't care about the money from Blackwater Town, but I want to use my share of the earnings to express my reverence for you."

Dutch scoffed inwardly, his face remaining utterly gentle.

"Oh, Micah, you know, what I like most is that mouth of yours. Its words bring me warmth like a piece of obsidian, always warming my cold heart.

Oh, child, come, stand here, let's play a game, and then divide the money!"

At the mention of dividing money, Micah became agitated.

Because Dutch had covered their retreat during the Blackwater Town battle, not only did no one die, but the money was also directly loaded onto the escaping carriage.

Micah had already been agitated several times in the camp because of this money. In the game, he always liked to find excuses to get close to Dutch and ask about the money's whereabouts.

This Biyang fellow just loves money.

"Dutch, it's the same if we get it at Horseshoe Overlook." David walked over with Micah and Javier, with Bill's large backside swaying, looking a bit like a US Marine.

At the end of the day, these people, bad as they might be, whether it's Bill, Javier, or Arthur, they are all loyal to Dutch. Only Micah has no loyalty whatsoever.

So, among a group of loyal people, having such a disloyal person, wouldn't it feel utterly disgusting?

But whether it's disgusting or not doesn't matter, because Dutch's subsequent plan is crucial, and uncontrollable factors like Micah must be excluded. Dutch didn't want Valentine or even Strawberry to be massacred by Micah before his own clothing line was even sold.

He smiled, looking at the Van der Linde Gang members who were gathering, his heart full of emotion.

Arthur, Hosea, John... In total, twenty-six people. It must be said that Dutch was indeed very charismatic in the early days, leading this group to make the gang bigger and bigger. Unfortunately, in the later stages, he imitated Li Longji and directly ruined the gang.

"Dutch, is your wound okay?" Jenny, the lovely girl, was the first to run to Dutch, then held his arms, turning left and right like a cute butterfly.

Jenny was also very beautiful. It should be said that none of the women in the Van der Linde Gang were ugly. Even Ms. Tilly, who was the ugliest, was... well, that's a bit true.

But Jenny's beauty was on par with Karen and Mary-Beth, though Mary-Beth had the gentle, demure charm of a girl next door. Karen was the busty type. Jenny, on the other hand, had the cute charm of a younger sister from next door, otherwise, no one would have lamented Jenny's death so much.

"Oh ho ho, Jenny, I'm fine, child. Don't worry too much." Dutch patted Jenny's shoulder, a wide smile on his face.

Jenny had run away from home because her parents wanted to force her to become a nun. She then met the Van der Linde Gang and was taken in by their chivalrous actions. Most of the other women in the gang were thieves before joining, only Abigail was a prostitute. That's why John left the gang for a year after that.

No one feels good about private use of public resources.

Watching the joyful atmosphere within the gang, Micah, who had been waiting impatiently, truly couldn't wait another second.

He shamelessly stepped forward again, and just as he was about to speak, he suddenly noticed a strange smile appear on Dutch's face.

"Micah, oh, my friend, now let's settle the score.

First, Micah, you have no loyalty whatsoever! In Blackwater Town, you were the fastest to run, and in the end, you even wanted to steal the money and run off by yourself. That's the first account I'm settling with you.

Secondly, Micah, you have no affection for the gang, no loyalty. You're like a mad dog, wanting to bite everyone you see, whether it's the girls or the boys, and you even thought of humiliating little Jack. Your existence is of no benefit to the gang.

Finally, Micah. You are too wild. In Blackwater Town, you shot at civilians to escape. Did you think I didn't see it? Your actions have severely damaged the Van der Linde Gang's principles, and even set a very bad example for the gang members.

Micah, I'm sorry, child, I cannot let the gang fall apart because of your presence. I cannot let the gang potentially disintegrate because of your presence.

So.....

Arthur, David, seize him!"

Dutch's smile abruptly changed, and his words instantly shifted.

Micah froze, a sudden shock in his heart. He immediately wanted to draw his twin revolvers and put on a display of what a quickdraw artist was.

However, who among those present wasn't a quickdraw artist?

They were not only fast, but also divine! Micah could only be called a quickdraw artist, but only with both speed and accuracy could one be called a sharpshooter.

Moreover, it was now the Great Dutch Era, and Dutch's influence had increased from 100% to 1000%.

"Bang bang!"

Two gunshots rang out almost before Dutch had finished speaking.

Micah's fingers had just touched his holsters when a sharp pain shot through both of his arms and legs.

Although there were only two gunshots, Arthur, David, and Micah had actually fired four shots. Arthur's two shots hit his left and right hands, both quick and ruthless.

"Ah ah ah!!!" A sharp pain made Micah cry out.

His bullet-pierced legs instantly buckled beneath him.

Crimson blood stained the white snow. Micah's four limbs were completely crippled by these four shots, making him cry tears and snot from the pain.

"Oh, Dutch, oh! Why are you doing this to me, Dutch? What did I do wrong? Dutch! Oh, Dutch, spare me, you can't do this to me! I'm also a member of the gang!"

Micah lay on the ground, begging in pain.

"Shut up, Micah! From the first day you joined the gang, I wanted to blow your brains out!"

However, no sooner had he spoken than Ms. Susan, holding a shotgun, shot him in the leg.

"Bang!" With a spray of sparks, one of Micah's legs was directly shattered into several pieces by the shotgun blast.

"Aooo!!!"

Micah howled like a wolf in pain.

Dutch was startled. He looked at Ms. Grimshaw, who had stepped out from the crowd, and quickly waved his hand.

"Oh, Ms. Grimshaw, you don't have to do this, it's too brutal!"

Susan's face twisted into a sneer. She completely ignored Dutch's words and instead sneered at Micah, who was lying on the ground, turned into a one-legged chicken, and said wildly, "Oh, Mr. Micah, I've wanted to do this to you since the first day you joined the gang!"

"It has to be Ms. Grimshaw, your demeanor hasn't diminished! Micah, oh, I've wanted to kill you since the first day you entered the camp." Arthur's face finally showed a look of satisfaction, and Micah's body trembled slightly.

Arthur indeed wanted to kill him from the start, or rather, every gang member disliked Micah, no matter who it was. Because Micah simply did not conform to the spiritual tenets that Dutch and Hosea had always instilled in the gang. He killed indiscriminately, without any mercy, a complete and utter bastard.

Ms. Grimshaw, that old woman, actually had an exceptionally fiery temper. When she was young and dating Dutch, she was always the first to rush into every robbery.

However, in these past two years, she's grown older, and with the children all grown up, she's now just a hardworking old woman who bears complaints without resentment.

Susan was like their mother, cared for since childhood, so everyone held only respect and love for her, like a true family.

And now, Micah, the only outsider, had been eliminated.

No, not completely eliminated yet.

Dutch smiled, looking at Micah, who was lying on the ground, having soiled himself.

At this moment, Micah's entire face was contorted in pain, and his whole body trembled as he tried to reach out and grab Dutch's pant leg.

His face was full of sorrow, and he said mournfully, "I once gave my everything for you... Dutch..."

Micah's blood outlined small plum blossoms on the snow, looking exquisitely vibrant.

Dutch lifted his foot and stepped on Micah's right hand, which was trying to reach up, and instructed Bill, who was nearby.

"Oh, poor Micah, Bill, finish him off and throw him into the nearby woods. I think the wolves will like him.

Charles, don't be afraid, child, Micah was not a good person. At the very least, our gang has no place for him. Loyalty had nothing to do with him. And you, child, treat the gang as your true home. We all like you. Loyalty and sincerity are your tickets to joining the family." Dutch walked to Charles's side and patted his shoulder.

Charles shook his head and said sincerely, "It's okay, Dutch, I'm not afraid, because I don't like Micah either. If it weren't for gang rules, I probably would have killed him at the first opportunity."

"Good child!" Dutch nodded in satisfaction.

Micah, Micah, look how unpopular your identity as the Legendary Rat is in the camp!

"No! Dutch, no!!!" Micah screamed, looking at Bill who was approaching.

However, his pleading gaze was useless.

"Bang bang bang!" Bill fired a volley into Micah's head, completely killing him.

Micah's head was blown open, his face unrecognizable. His corpse lay on the ground, blood staining the surrounding snow.

"Hmph! Trash!" Bill dragged Micah by one leg towards the nearby woods.

Dutch smiled, shifting his gaze to the gang members in front of him, and said, "Alright, now that the trivial matters are dealt with, Ms. Grimshaw, please lead everyone to pack up. Once we reach Horseshoe Overlook, we'll begin our new life!

As for our one hundred and fifty thousand dollars, gentlemen, ladies, I hope you can give me a chance. I will use this one hundred and fifty thousand dollars to build a better future for you."

After all, he had previously said he would divide the money, and now suddenly he wasn't, so he definitely had to explain.

And as Dutch spoke, no one had any objections.

"Go ahead, Dutch, we all trust you!" Hosea unhesitatingly stepped forward as a spokesperson to express his support for Dutch.

And the rest of them couldn't possibly have any objections.

Arthur, John, David, Micah, Bill, Javier... After killing the Legendary Rat, it could be said that the entire gang had now completely become Dutch's sole domain.
