Gwen warily watched the strange man who suddenly appeared before her.
Jumping down from a three-story height and casually answering his phone like nothing happened.
Clearly not an ordinary person.
She hadn't noticed at all that someone was there.
Couldn't even hear breathing sounds.
Too strange.
Not acting rashly, Gwen just watched Leo take his call.
John on the other end was stunned, quickly realizing something.
"Sorry, looks like I disturbed you."
"Get to the point, John. I know you wouldn't call me lightly."
Leo was a bit panicked now, afraid John Wick would directly call out his name. With Gwen's current hearing, she'd definitely hear it clearly.
Fortunately, John was an old hand who wouldn't make such basic mistakes.
"My house was blown up. I'm at your place now."

After hanging up, he waved his phone.

Just as he was about to interrupt Gwen, Leo suddenly saw that behind the girl, one of the previously controlled criminals had broken free from the web and was reaching for his waist.
A fierce look flashed in his eyes as Leo waved his hand, sending out a golden crescent-shaped light wave.
Gwen's hair stood on end, her body instinctively starting to dodge, but she was shocked to discover this attack wasn't aimed at her.
"Ahh!"
A scream came from behind. Only then did Gwen turn around.
One of the criminals she had controlled had his arm cleanly severed, blood spraying out as he cried in agony.
"What are you doing?!" Gwen was furious.
"He was about to draw a gun." Leo pointed to the criminal's waist. "No need to thank me, I helped you avoid a crisis."
"I have the ability to dodge!" Gwen said angrily. Her spider-sense only triggered when facing imminent danger.
The criminal hadn't even touched his gun, so naturally her spider-sense gave no feedback.
She had originally thought this suddenly appearing Leo was a righteous messenger like her, but unexpectedly he was so ruthless!
"No need for sympathy toward criminals. Perhaps my cutting off his hand is a good thing for more people."
Leo explained patiently, but the next second his tone shifted, and he hooked his right index finger in a very punchable gesture:
"If you don't like it, come fight me?"
"You've successfully angered me, Mr. Saiyan!"
Seeing Leo's punchable expression and gesture, Gwen was furious.
Her slender legs pushed off forcefully as Gwen charged straight at Leo.
At the same time, she fired two white webs from her hands, trying to subdue him.
Well then.
Facing the incoming white unidentified objects, Leo didn't dodge or avoid, extending both hands to catch them, then pulled hard.
Of course he had deliberately angered Gwen. Halfway through speaking, Leo suddenly realized this was a good teaching opportunity.
